The present invention provides a two-piece undergarment system with a pocket to hold the colostomy bag and allowing easy wearing and removal of a part of the garment.

A portable urinal device includes a base forming a liquid receptacle. Tubing extends from the base to a head member which can be positioned onto genitalia for urination. Suction is provided via a pump or vacuum device to suction urine from the head into the base receptacle.

A urine collection device suitable for female or male use. The device may be configured to the wearer and has an open cavity with one or more one way valves through which urine may flow into an enclosed cavity. The enclosed cavity comprises a valve through which collected urine may be expelled so that the device may be reused if desired.

A support system for a urine collection bag includes a waistband; a strap having a first end connected to the urine collection bag and a second end connected to the belt; and a fastener on the second end of the strap. The waistband and strap support the weight of the urine collection bag so it doesn't creep down the patient's leg and tug on the catheter and permits the patient to reposition the urine collection bag quickly and easily.

The method may include: forming a sealed space between a spacesuit below the waist and above the two thighs and the human skin before an astronaut urinates or defecates, and using, by the astronauts, the sealed space to urinate or defecate. The disclosure can confine the excrements in a small sealed space, and the operation thereof is simple, convenient and fast, and no excessive cost is required, and no pollution is caused in the spacesuit and the cabin, facilitating the astronauts' work in space.

A user friendly multi-chambered flat urine collection device comprising an inlet port having a non-return valve, an upper chamber further divided into a plurality of vertical chambers, a lower chamber further divided into a plurality of vertical chambers, a plurality of breathing open areas intervening said upper, lower and vertical chambers, and a drainage tube. The inlet port is positioned at top of the upper chamber, said inlet port in turn is removably connected to a catheter. The breathing open areas between the vertical chambers of said upper and lower chambers allow the urine collection device to conform to shape of patient body. Moreover, the chambers distribute the weight of collected urine equally to avoid a bulging effect. Alternately, the urine collection device has absorbent layer insert to absorb the bodily discharge.

An ostomy management device (100) including an ostomy port (102) insertable inside a stoma (202) on a patient's abdomen. The ostomy port (102) includes an outer flange (204) placed at periphery of the stoma (202). The outer flange (204) includes a collapsible chamber (210) to collect instilling fluid in a non-operating state of the outer flange (204). A fixation element (208) to anchor the ostomy management device (100) inside an intestine (214). The fixation element (208) is to expand after displacement of the instilling fluid contained in the outer flange (204) to the fixation element (208). An intermediate channel (206) to transport body waste to the stoma (202). A stoma plug (106), attached to the outer flange (204), to cover an opening in the outer flange (204) to stop the body waste from flowing out from the stoma (202) during an operating state of the outer flange (204).

A male accessory is disclosed to dispose human waste. The male accessory includes an elastic band, a penile sleeve and a genitalia sleeve. The elastic band may be arranged in a loop to enable the male accessory to be held with the male organ. The penile sleeve disposed within the elastic band. The penile sleeve may be arranged to hold and cover male organ. Further, the genitalia sleeve may be connected to the penile sleeve through a membrane. The genitalia sleeve may be configured to create an inner space to receive the human waste and covers male testicles without any contact thereof with the human waste.

A urine collection device for collecting a sterile urine sample. The urine collection device may include a seat portion supported by a seat base. The portion includes a backrest and a saddle that projects from the seat portion. The saddle has an opening to a collection element that includes a cup mount to locate a urine collection cup within the collection element.

A urine removal device includes a plurality of layers suitable to capture and transfer urine. A conduit system is disposed inside of the device and extends from the proximal portion of the device, where it interfaces via an outlet conduit member, to the distal end of the device where it draws in urine from the device. The device allows air flow through the device to support suction that is applied. The fluid layer system has at least one conduit configured to draw urine from the distal portion of the device up to the proximal end of the device, and into the outlet conduit where it exits the urine removal device.
