The present invention includes a male incontinence collection container comprising: a walled absorbent cored absorption chamber with an elastic aperture adapted to allow a penis to be in fluid communication with the chamber, wherein the chamber is shaped to deflect urine away from a body during urination, and wherein the elastic aperture is a breathable, tubular material to aid in the placement and retention in place of the penis, wherein the breathable, tubular material is embossed, punched, printed, stamped, has raised bumps, protrusions, or is formed to permit gas to traverse from an outside environment into and out of the chamber; a hydrophobic material between the chamber and the body to prevent contact of the urine with the body; and an absorbent material in the chamber that converts fluid to gel, wherein the absorbent material absorbs and retains urine, while keeping a user dry and free from urine contact.

The present invention provides a fluid-carrying application, comprising: a first sheet with a first surface and a second surface; a second sheet with a third surface and a fourth surface, wherein a part of the third surface and a part of the second surface of the first sheet are welded or adhered to at least one band-shaped region, thereby forming a first chamber having at least a first drainage port, and the inside of the chamber can communicate with the outside through the first drainage port; an adhesive layer, which is provided on the fourth surface of the second sheet; and a release layer, which covers at least a part of the adhesive layer, wherein, the first drainage port is formed at the first sheet or an open portion where the first sheet and the part adjacent to the edge of the second sheet are not welded or adhered to each other.

A wearable urinary collection apparatus includes an elongate, tubular, flexible, collection receptacle which receives and stores urine therein, a constriction formed at an intermediate position of the collection receptacle which defines a constricted opening at the intermediate position such that the urine which a user discharges into the collection receptacle must pass through the constricted opening, a short tubular member having opposite open ends and a diameter which is smaller than a diameter of the collection receptacle and having one of opposite open ends connected at the constriction in alignment with the constricted opening, and a check valve provided at the one of the opposite open ends of the tubular member adjacent to the constricted opening and which is configured to permit urine to freely pass from the constricted opening into the tubular member, and to block urine from flowing from the tubular member into the constricted opening.

A male external catheter includes a base and a body. The base includes a planar body and an opening, wherein the planar body includes a first planar surface and a second planar surface opposite the first planar surface. The body extends from the second planar surface of the base and has a tubular shape about the opening of the base. The body also includes a base portion adjacent to the base and having a base wall thickness; a tip portion distal from the base and including a tip configured to connect to the tubing of the drainage bag, wherein the tip portion has a tip wall thickness; and a central portion between the base portion and the tip portion and having a central wall thickness. The central wall thickness is less than at least one of the base wall thickness and the tip wall thickness.

The urine collection device is designed to be attached to a drain tube. The device may include a base secured to the pelvic area of a wearer, the base having a central opening. Connected to the base is a sheath. The central opening and the sheath can have complementary attachment components whereby the sheath may be attached to the base. The sheath includes an opening and attaches to a drain tube. A second sheath may be disposed outboard of the first sheath and secured to the base in a similar manner. In some embodiments the drain tube may be connected and disconnected from the sheath or sheaths without disturbing the installation of the device. One or more check valves may be included for assuring one-way flow in the drain tube.

A female urinary catheter system may be provided comprising a drainage aperture element with an outer edge surrounding an inner aperture. The system may utilize a catheter conduit coupled to the inner aperture and may comprise one or more conduit segments which each have a first terminal end and a second terminal end. Further, the system may utilize a storage receptacle coupled to the catheter conduit with the storage receptacle comprising a leg coupling mechanism. Additionally, an anchor element may be coupled adjacent the drainage aperture element to provide positional stability to the drainage aperture element

Examples relate to devices, systems, and methods for collecting and measuring discharged urine. A urine collection system includes a urine collection device configured to collect urine discharged from a user and a urine collection container in fluid communication with the urine collection device and sized and dimensioned to receive the urine discharged from the user. The urine collection system also includes a flow meter having a communication interface and positioned between the urine collection container and the urine collection device. The flow meter is configured to detect a flow property of the urine at least related to a volume of the urine entering the urine collection container and the communication interface is configured to wirelessly communicate to a computing device at least one of the detected flow property or the volume of the urine including the volume of the urine discharged from the user entering the urine collection container.

The present technology provides a urine collection device for collecting a urine sample. The device comprising a seat portion supported by a seat base. The seat portion comprises a backrest and a saddle that projects from the seat portion. The saddle comprises an opening to a collection element that comprises a cup mount to locate a urine collection cup within the collection element.

The plurality of quick release buckles attaches the catheter structure to the garment. The catheter structure is a device that captures urine eliminated by the patient. The catheter structure stores the urine eliminated by the patient for subsequent disposal.

Disclosed herein are form-fitting garments configured to hold an ostomy pouch close to the body via a shaped interior pocket creating a barrier between the pouch and skin of an individual. The garment may include a plurality of pockets such that an unused pocket may serve to hold additional supplies. The garment is preferably configured to have a maximum stretch in the horizontal direction allowing for the expansion of the pouch while having minimal stretching in the vertical direction to prevent the interior pocket and garment from sagging under the weight of the pouch.
