Work machine management system and work machine

A work machine management system includes: a position detecting device that detects a position of a work machine traveling in a workplace; a non-contact sensor that detects an object existing in the workplace in a non-contact manner; map data that accumulates information on existence and a position of the object existing in the workplace on the basis of detection data obtained by the position detecting device and detection data obtained by the non-contact sensor; a travel route generation unit that generates a travel route where the work machine travels; and an identifying unit that identifies perfection of map data. The travel route generation unit generates the travel route where the work machine travels on the basis of the perfection of the map data identified by the identifying unit.

The present disclosure relates to providing transit information in an augmented reality environment. In some embodiments, images are obtained using one or more image sensors, a determination is made whether the obtained images include a map, and, in accordance with a set of one or more conditions being satisfied, transit information is displayed in the augmented reality environment. A location of the displayed transit information in the augmented reality environment may correspond to a respective feature of the map.

Implementations of various methods and systems to transform navigation routes with two waypoints or a destination waypoint or a series sequence of waypoints into objects which have associated price-time priority queues for transformed transportation units. The present disclosed invention relates to combining the concepts of objected oriented programming, market price queues, navigation systems and social networking and transportation as a fungible asset class or transportation as an open market.

Method for assigning ego vehicle to a lane

The present invention relates to methods and arrangements for assigning a vehicle to a lane in a road for a vehicle. The proposed solution obtains an estimated pose for the vehicle, projects the pose to nearby lanes, obtains uncertainty values for the pose and lanes, creates a distribution by combining the pose and lane uncertainties, creates a momentary likelihood for the vehicle being in each lane, adjusts the momentary likelihoods with prior values obtained in a previous iteration, and determines the most likely lane.

System and method for over the air delivery of traffic enforcement camera location data to vehicles and improved updating of traffic enforcement camera location data using satellite digital audio radio services

An enhanced broadcast data service with reports locations of traffic enforcement camera locations (e.g., red light cameras and speed cameras) to users. Traffic enforcement camera information is aggregated, verified (e.g., particularly as to traffic enforcement camera type) and stored (e.g., at a server). A broadcast signal comprising program channels and at least one data channel having traffic enforcement camera information is transmitted to a plurality of receivers. Receivers store at least a subset of the traffic enforcement camera information available from the server and synchronize to it using periodic transmitted updates. Receivers compare receiver location data with stored camera location data, and display or generate audible alerts when the receiver is within a selected geographic range of a traffic enforcement camera. Alerts can be filtered as to camera type. A alerts can employ different color camera icons superimposed on a screen map depending on camera type or whether the camera is newly added.

Vehicle Localization and Identification by Map Merging in 5G and 6G

Autonomous vehicles, and user-driven vehicles with an emergency intervention capability, can communicate to avoid collisions using 5G/6G technology, but this level of cooperation is possible only if the threatened vehicles have already determined the relative location and wireless address of the other vehicle. Disclosed is a method for wireless vehicles in traffic to exchange distance and angular information of the other vehicles in view, from which a position map can be prepared indicating the relative locations of each participating and non-participating vehicle. In addition, the traffic map can be annotated with the wireless addresses of the participating vehicles, thereby enabling them to communicate instantly in an emergency. The traffic map may be prepared or updated by one of the vehicles in traffic, or by a roadside access point. Satellite data is not necessary for the relative localization, but may be included if available.
