TREATMENT FOR VESICOVAGINAL FISTULA
The present invention relates to methods and compositions for the treatment of vesicovaginal fistula. It is based, at least in part, on the discovery that a menstrual cup may be used to collect urine and decrease or prevent urine leakage in certain women having vesicovaginal fistula and, in some cases, the menstrual cup was observed to at least partially occlude the fistula and permit normal micturition.
OSTOMY APPLIANCE
An ostomy appliance having a releasable receptacle for concealing an ostomy bag where the receptacle is asymmetrical and includes an enlarged cavity portion and expandable portion located below the stoma which provides additional area into which the bag may unroll as waste collects therein. In an alternate embodiment there is no bag and waste collects directly into the receptacle.

DATA COLLECTION SCHEMES FOR AN OSTOMY APPLIANCE AND RELATED METHODS
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a monitor device for an ostomy system. The monitor device comprises: a processor, memory; and a first interface connected to the processor and the memory. The first interface comprises a plurality of terminals and a data collector. The plurality of terminals includes a first terminal that forms an electrical connection with a first electrode of an ostomy appliance of the ostomy system and a second terminal that forms an electrical connection with a second electrode of the ostomy appliance. The data collector is coupled to the first terminal and the second terminal and comprises a data collection controller configured to collect data from the plurality of terminals according to a primary data collection scheme and collect data from the plurality of terminals according to a secondary data collection scheme. The primary data collection scheme is different from the secondary data collection scheme.
COUPLING SYSTEM
A coupling system for use in medical applications is provided, comprising: a first member (5100) comprising a circular portion; and a second member (5240) being biased radially relative to the circular portion thereby to couple the first member (5100) to a further component (5200).
