Connected messages including position, dimension, and heading of remote vehicles are received from the remote vehicles and collected by a host vehicle. A route of the host vehicle is used to filter the remote vehicles to those within an interest neighborhood of the host vehicle. A map is displayed, to an HMI screen of the host vehicle, including the route of the host vehicle and an overlay of the remote vehicles as filtered.
