Method and Apparatus for Inquiry Driven Learning
Systems and methods are provided for implementing inquiry-driven presentation of an online educational course. Course content may be illustrated as a course map having multiple content nodes interconnected by indicia of questions relating an originating content node with a destination content node. After consuming course content associated with a node, participants may specify a question concerning the content. The participant's specified question is used to determine the next portion of course content presented to the participant. Participants may frame new questions, which may be linked to existing content nodes or new content nodes. A participant's interaction with, and progression through, a course map may be utilized to assess the quality of a participant's activities.

MOTIVATIONAL ONLINE STUDYING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
According to embodiments of the disclosed technology, a study method and system are provided for motivating students to conduct school exercises while allowing parents to assess whether the students fully comprehend given subject areas. The method may facilitate student interaction within given subject areas. The method & system may employ artificial intelligence in that it may monitor a student's moral and/or motivation while studying a given a subject. As such. the system may detect a dip in moral by assessing several parameters surrounding the answering of one or more questions. The system may, in turn, seek to increase moral by feeding that student easier questions or questions which are deemed to be of a subject area in which the student is proficient. The system may take countermeasures if a student is demonstrating high proficiency in a subject.

Adaptive educational activities
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for adaptive educational activities are disclosed. In one aspect, a computer-implemented method includes receiving, by a computing device that is configured to grant a given user access to a first group of activity modules based on a classification of the given user, user data and classification data. The method includes granting the user access to a first activity module and a second activity module, and preventing the user from accessing a third activity module. The method includes receiving interaction data based on the user interacting with the first activity module, and determining that the interaction data indicates an improper classification of the user. Based on the interaction data, the method includes maintaining the classification of the user, granting the user access to a fourth activity module, and preventing the user from accessing the second activity module.

METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR LEARNING STYLE PREFERENCE ASSESSMENT
Methods for assessing the learning style preference of one or more individuals and providing targeted educational content in response to the assessed learning style preference. In one aspect, various aspects of an individual's preferred learning style (e.g., preferred learning modality, preferred social interaction, preferred method of expression, etc.) are assessed and targeted content (such as e.g., learning style preference-specific educational content) are provided to an individual based on his/her determined preferred learning style. Moreover, as learning style preference assessment occurs over time, the effectiveness of the targeted content can be tracked and an individual users' learning style preference assessment can be readily modified in order to respond to the effectiveness measure of individual ones of the provided targeted content. Apparatus, computer-readable media and systems for implementing the learning style preference assessment and provision of targeted content are also provided.
Systems and methods for testing, evaluating and providing feedback to students
Systems and methods are provided for preparing, taking and scoring a test, and reporting the results of the test. The methods include electronically storing questions for a test in a database, and inputting teacher preferences for taking the test. The method also comprises electronically transmitting contact data associated with the test to students, so the students can access the test. The method also comprises authenticating student identification when the test is accessed and applying the teacher preferences. The method further comprises electronically selecting test questions for the student based on the teacher preferences applicable to the student. Still further, the method involves electronically submitting answers to the test questions. In addition, the method comprises electronically scoring the answers to the test questions based on the teacher preferences, including electronically sending student test results to the teacher, including a summary of questions requiring manual review for each student.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ELECTRONIC EVALUATION OF CANDIDATES
Embodiments of present invention provide a system and method for electronic evaluation of candidates. The system provides a central server adapted to be communicably coupled to a plurality of client devices. Graders/evaluators may generate a gradation test that is stored on the central server or any other server communicably coupled thereto. The central servers makes available, to duly authenticated client devices, through exam-center servers, the gradation test over a secure channel, which may be answered by the candidates electronically. The answers of candidates, including answers written in their own handwriting using a tablet and stylus, are stored on the central server and made available to duly authenticated grader/evaluators for evaluation. The present invention enables evaluation to be carried out in a time-effective and cost-efficient manner with utmost security.
