Performance assistance apparatus and method
To assist a human player in performing a plurality of foot operators (pedal keys) operable with a human player's foot, a foot operator image indicative of the foot operators is displayed on a display screen. Model performance data including at least information indicative of a rhythm and a pitch of a foot performance part to be performed by use of the foot operators is acquired, and a particular foot operator corresponding to the pitch of the foot performance part included in the acquired model performance data is visually designated. At the same time, based on rhythm information for the foot performance part, a rhythm of a sound corresponding to the particular foot operator is presented. The presentation of the rhythm is performed by presenting a sound generation timing and a time length of the sound, and a suitable marker indicative of a performance progression may be additionally displayed.
Fingering display device and fingering display program
A fingering display device and a fingering display program capable of drawing a fingering moving image close to actual keyboard operations by minimizing the moving distance of the back of a hand is provided. A fingering display program to perform fingering display on a screen by drawing a fingering moving image of playing a musical instrument in a musical piece reproduction based on playing information including respective musical sounds of a musical piece and corresponding finger numbers, wherein when generating a fingering drawing based on fingering position information corresponding to a reproduction time in the musical piece reproduction, the fingering display program makes a computer execute: generating the fingering position information based on single key pressing information, and synthetic key pressing information obtained by synthesizing respective key pressing information at a plurality of different times.
REMOTE CONTROL OF LESSON SOFTWARE BY TEACHER
A system, comprising one or more processors; and memory storing instructions executable by the one or more processors to causes the system to associate together streams of data from at least three devices separated by a network, the at least three devices comprising a first device of a first user, a second device of the first user, and a third device of a second user, wherein association of the streams of data together enables the first device to receive data from the third device and the third device to receive data from the first device and the second device, wherein the data from the first device and the second device indicate playing of a first musical instrument by the first user and the data from the third device indicates playing of a second musical instrument by the second user, update a first user interface of the first device according to an event that occurred on the third device, and update a second user interface of the third device according to an event that occurred on the third device.
DEVICE TO FACILITATE MUSICAL INSTRUMENT LEARNING
The present invention relates to a device to make a musical instrument learning easier, in particular a string instrument such for example a guitar or electric bass, and its respective method of usage. The device is configured to provide at the same time indications relating both to rhythmics and to the notes to be played, as well as to provide indications relating to the execution of arpeggio, and needed to play the various notes in a certain anticipation with respect to the moment in which each note has to be played, and by means of a luminous and chromatic sequence such that the user can optimize the reception of the information and, so, can learn faster.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TEACHING MUSIC COMPREHENSION
A teaching system for increasing understanding of music through expansion of a compositional technique known as contrary motion and methods for creating and utilizing the same contrary motion and/or understanding. Contrary motion can comprise two or more lines of music that proceed in opposite directions from each other. As a first line of music ascends in pitch, for example, a second line of music descends in pitch. In selected embodiments, the teaching system can employ one or more senses, such as an auditory sense, a visual sense, a tactile sense and a kinesthetic sense, of a listener to enable the listener to further understand and enjoy the music. Accordingly, the teaching system advantageously can enhance understanding of music with a focus on contrary motion by incorporating the use of the other senses of the listener in addition to use of the auditory sense.
Computer implemented method for providing augmented reality (AR) function regarding music track
A computer implemented method for providing an augmented reality (AR) function, comprises receiving input information regarding a music track and an instrument; determining attribute information of the music track based on the received input information; receiving real time content of audiovisual (AV) input signals using at least one capturing device; generating visual information corresponding to visual data of the real time content, wherein the visual information corresponds to a view regarding at least one user limb and an instrument comprising a plurality of user operable elements; generating augmented reality (AR) instruction information based on the attribute information of the music track, the augmented reality (AR) instruction information comprising a plurality of layers; and generating augmented reality (AR) visual information by applying the augmented reality (AR) instruction information to the visual information so that a first layer of the augmented reality (AR) instruction information is applied above at least a portion of the visual information.
LIGHTS-GUIDED PIANO LEARNING AND TEACHING APPARATUS, AND METHOD
Disclosed are a method, a device and/or a system of a lights-guided piano key learning and teaching device. In one aspect, a piano teaching apparatus includes an elongated enclosure overlaid atop a portion of a set of keys of a piano and a set of lights, each light corresponding with each key of the set of keys respectively. A depth of an underside of the elongated enclosure permits the set of keys to be played in an unobstructed manner. The set of light illuminates when an application of a data processing system communicatively coupled with the piano teaching apparatus communicates a set of instructions synchronized with a musical note of a compilation displayed on the application of the data processing device. The musical note corresponds with a particular light that is directly above a particular key of the set of keys associated with the musical note.
Learning assistant system capable of indicating piano fingering
A learning assistant system includes a memory, a controller, an assistant interface, and a wearable device. The memory stores a musical composition information including information of a plurality music notes. The controller outputs a plurality of first electronic signals and a plurality of second electronic signals in series according to the information of the plurality of musical notes. In correspondence with each musical note of the plurality of music notes, the controller outputs a first electronic signal and a second electronic signal at the same time. The assistant interface covers a physical keyboard, and displays a key indication image on a corresponding key of the physical keyboard according to each first electronic signal of the plurality of first electronic signals. The wearable device includes a plurality of finger sleeves, generates an indication signal on a corresponding finger sleeve according to each second electronic signal.
