Wire harness wiring operation support system
A wire harness wiring operation support system includes a display section that includes a procedure display region for displaying a plurality of wiring procedure selection buttons corresponding a wire harness to be wired, and a wiring position display region for displaying a wiring position of the wire harness that corresponds to the selected wiring procedure selection button.
Electrical circuit training device and method
An electrical training simulator allows students to assemble electrical circuits, including motor control circuits, utilizing a variety of lab schematics. The electrical training simulator allows an instructor to induce faults into the student-assembled circuit, thereby requiring the student to apply troubleshooting skills utilizing the lab schematic and digital multimeter to analyze and locate the introduced fault in the circuit. Electrical components are fixedly attached to a component mounting plate. In one embodiment of the invention, the instructor introduces the faults through a fault control panel attached to the electrical training simulator, where the fault control panel is not within view of the student. In another embodiment, the faults may be introduced wirelessly through a remote controller.
ANALOG HASHING ENGINES USING PHYSICAL DYNAMICAL SYSTEMS
An analog hashing system and method includes: an input port for accepting an input signal; a chaotic circuit including non-linear components and multiple chaotic attractors for generating an unpredictable output responsive to the input signal; a differential output port coupled to the chaotic circuit for producing an analog differential signal from the unpredictable output; and a clock circuit for producing a binary output, as a hash function, generated by the sign of the analog output in every clock cycle.
Connector structure, and skew calculation method and device
Provided are a connector structure, and a skew calculation method and device. Specifically, the connector structure includes: a first Printed Circuit Board (PCB) (12), which includes a first board (122) and a second board (124), and is connected to a testing device; and a second PCB (14), which includes a third board (142) and a fourth board (144), and is connected to the testing device. The first board (122) is connected to the third board (142) through a connector (16).
ASSEMBLY INFORMATION PROVIDING SYSTEM AND MODULE ASSEMBLY
Disclosed are an assembly information providing system and a module assembly including a module assembly including at least one control module including a functional unit including an assembly information management unit generating assembly information; and a user terminal and an assembly information providing server connected to the module assembly through a network and an assembly information providing method including: receiving, by the user terminal or the assembly information providing server, the assembly information from the control module; and storing, by the user terminal or the assembly information providing server, the assembly information and determining whether an assembly error of the module assembly occurs based on the assembly information and transmitting assembly error information to the module assembly, and the assembly error information includes module unique information of at least one module with an error.
Blasting cap simulator
A blasting cap simulator for use in bomb disposal training. The simulator has a bridge rectifier, a voltage regulator and an RF key fob transmitter. A fuse across the incoming power lines shorts the device and prevents it from activating until the fuse is blown. It then sends an RF signal to an instructor. The transmitter uses the power lines as an antenna to send out the RF signal. The transmitter is protected from the voltage of the power lines by a choke located on each powerline.
Electrical circuit training apparatus
A circuit training apparatus for training students to understand electrical circuits includes a body member that includes a front face having a peripheral edge and a plurality of side walls defining an interior area and a dial opening. The apparatus includes a battery for powering the circuits. A circuit board is positioned in the body member, the circuit board having a plurality of circuit areas etched thereon and having a plurality of current lead lines electrically connecting the battery and circuit areas, respectively. A rotary selection device is electrically connected to the circuit board and battery and includes a dial indicative of a circuit selection coupled to an electrical switch for directing current from the battery to a respective current lead line associated with the circuit selection. The dial of the rotary selection device extends away from the circuit board and through the dial opening for accessibility to a user.
Method of using hand-made circuit board for learning
A method of using a hand-made circuit board for learning includes: providing a hand-made circuit board which comprises a substrate; and a medium layer disposed on a surface of the substrate to form a pattern, wherein the medium layer has a notably paintable non-conductive zone configured with a plurality of electrical blocks, and the electrical blocks are discontinuously distributed in the notably paintable non-conductive zone, so that the electrical blocks on at least one cross-section of the notably paintable non-conductive zone are not electrically connected; and drawing a drawn conductive layer on the notably paintable non-conductive zone of the pattern by an end user, wherein the drawn conductive layer has conductive particles linking the electrical particle blocks in the notably paintable non-conductive zone, thereby electrically connecting the electrical particle blocks to complete a circuit line.
