FLUID COLLECTION ASSEMBLIES INCLUDING ONE OR MORE FLUID FLOW FEATURES
An example fluid collection assembly includes a fluid impermeable barrier defining at least one exterior surface. The fluid impermeable barrier includes at least one interior surface defining a chamber and an exterior surface opposite the interior surface. The fluid impermeable barrier defines at least one opening that is configured to be positioned adjacent to a urethral opening that allows fluids (e.g., urine) to enter the chamber. The fluid impermeable barrier also includes one or more fluid flow features formed in or on the exterior surface of the fluid impermeable barrier. The fluid flow features are configure to facilitate removal of one or more fluids between the exterior surface and the skin.
URINARY DEVICE FOR MALES
A urinary device is attachable to a toilet and assists males in directing a flow of urine into the toilet. The device is installed between a toilet seat and tank and pivots to a vertical or near vertical position against the tank when not in use. A telescoping portion extends for tall or short males. The device may be installed on any standard toilet in a few minutes. A bypass may be included to direct urine into a drain avoiding the toilet bowl and the need to flush the toilet. The urinary device reduces or eliminates germs and odors on or around the toilet and is easy to clean using water and a household cleaner.

The fluid impermeable barrier includes at least one elongated portion having a first width and distal to the aperture and a second portion having a second width greater than the first width. The second portion at least partially defines an opening in the fluid impermeable barrier, and the opening has a maximum lateral dimension greater than the first width of the elongated portion. The fluid permeable body is configured to wick fluid away from the opening into the at least one elongated portion.

The fluid impermeable barrier includes a distal region, at least one distal end region spaced from the distal region, and at least one intermediate portion extending from the distal region to the distal region. The fluid impermeable barrier also defines at least one length adjusting feature (“LAF”) extending from the distal end region to the distal region. The LAF allows the length of the fluid collection assembly to change. The ability of the fluid collection assembly to change the length thereof allows a penis of a patient to be disposed in preferential locations within the fluid collection assembly.

Device and method for cleaning excrements
The present disclosure disclosed a device and a method for cleaning excrements. The device comprises a cleaning machine, an outer cover an inner body. The outer cover is wearable to a person and is coupled to the inner body. The inner body comprises at least one sensor and a cleaning assembly. The sensor is configured for sensing excrement and triggering the cleaning machine to collect the excrement through the tube. The cleaning assembly is connected to the cleaning machine and is configured for cleaning the person. The method comprises acts of cleaning excrement based on the modes and the excrement sensed result. Therefore, the present disclosure is able to assist people without autonomy to clean up excrements in a comfortable manner without others help.

The fluid impermeable barrier is adjustable between an extended configuration and a compact configuration. The fluid impermeable barrier at least partially defines a chamber, an aperture configured to receive a conduit therethrough, and an opening. The fluid permeable structure positioned within the chamber to extend across at least a portion of the opening. The fluid permeable structure configured to wick fluid away from the opening.
