A protective barrier system includes a protective barrier assembly having a groin covering panel including an aperture, a securing strap, and fastening members. The groin covering panel is formed of flexible material with leg openings, and is of a size and shape configured to cover a pelvic region of a user-wearer. The securing strap when fastened to the groin covering panel creates the leg openings which are configured to receive legs of the user-wearer and secure the groin covering panel to the user-wearer. The protective barrier system provides an absorbent article and protective barrier for absorbing excess fluids during the sexual activities.

A male condom assembly with trapezoidal-shaped shield for inhibiting skin contact along the genitals and testicles. The male condom assembly provides a flexible, thin-walled tube that positions over male genitals, and specifically the penis. The tube has a closed distal end and an open base end. The open base end of the tube is defined by a reinforced perimeter region that secures the base end of the tube to the base of the penis. A trapezoidal-shaped shield is integrally connected with at least half the circumference of the reinforced perimeter of the tube, at the base end thereof. The shield orients downwardly to align with the testicles during intercourse. The shield may be fabricated from an adhesive material that helps the shield wrap around the testicles, and at least partially cover the scrotum, pubic hair, and peripheral area of genitals.

A strap-on condom assembly for inhibiting a condom from falling off during intercourse includes a condom that is wearable on a user's penis during intercourse to protect against the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases. A first strap is coupled to the condom and the first strap can be extended around the user's waist when the condom is being worn. A second strap is coupled to the condom and the second strap can be extended around the user's waist when the condom is being worn. The second strap is matable to the first strap to inhibit the condom from falling off of the user's penis during intercourse.

Apparatus that enables non-penetrating sex between two users. Embodiments may be integrated into or attached to clothing worn by the first user. A tubular element (including, but not limited to, a male or female condom) may be installed either permanently or detachably; attachments at both the open and closed ends of the tubular element ensure that it will not penetrate the first user. Users may therefore enjoy many of the benefits of sex, including intimacy and mutual stimulation, without the risks inherent in penetration. Attachment for the open end may use for example an element that attaches to a base ring or flange at the open end. An apparatus for sexual activity usage between a first user, the wearer, having a body orifice, such as but not exclusive to a vagina, an anus or a mouth, and a second user having a body-extending member, such as but not exclusive to a penis, a tongue or a finger, the apparatus comprising: a garment assembly being configured to be worn by the first user, the wearer, relative to the body orifice of the first user, the wearer; and a fluid-impenetrable receiver being configured to: form, at least in part, an entryway being configured to receive, at least in part, the body-extending member of the second user; be affixed to the garment assembly at a fixed position and fixed orientation relative to the body-extending member; and be spaced apart from and be positioned and remain entirely outside of the body orifice of the first user once the first user wears the garment assembly in such a way that transfer of a sexually-transmittable fluid between the first user and the second user and physical contact with any orifice is reduced. This action will mimic conventional sexual intercourse without the penetration of a body-extending member into a body orifice.
