Composite Label and Method of Making
A method for making labels comprising providing a plastic substrate layer and a paper substrate layer. The paper substrate layer comprises a printed display information sheet, wherein the printed display information sheet comprises a plurality of display information tags arranged in an array. The plastic substrate layer is coupled to each of the rows of display information tags within a first portion of the display information tags to form a composite substrate row. A first line of perforations is cut into a width of the composite substrate at one or more first spaced intervals, a length of the first spaced intervals being defined by a length of the display information tags. A a second line of perforations is cut into a width of the composite substrate at one or more second spaced intervals, a length of the second spaced intervals being defined by a height of the display information tags.
SHRINK SLEEVE LABEL
A shrink sleeve having a portion thereof that can be used for extended text or game information, or coupon, or other label information.
PACKAGING LABELS WITH IMPROVED ADHESION PROFILE AND METHODS OF FORMING SAME
A label having a first end and a second end, and defining an overlapping segment adjacent the first end, a peel-off segment adjacent the second end, and a middle segment disposed between the overlapping segment and the peel-off segment, the label comprising a release lacquer disposed in at least the peel-off segment, the release lacquer being disposed in a shape and having at least one void having no lacquer formed within the shape, the at least one void being defined adjacent the second end of the label.
BREATHABLE HEAT TRANSFER LABEL
Technologies are generally provided for textile items with breathable heat transfer labels. In some examples, a reversed design of a label may be printed onto a surface of a carrier using a water-based or solvent-based ink. A layer of a thermoplastic adhesive may be applied onto the surface of the carrier with the reversed design and a predefined pattern of holes may be laser-drilled into the carrier through the thermoplastic adhesive to avoid appearance of burn marks on an external surface of the label in the completed product. The carrier may be onto a garment or textile item by affixing the thermoplastic adhesive onto a surface of the garment and activating the thermoplastic adhesive. The carrier may then be removed revealing the design of the label with laser-drilled holes on the garment or textile item.
TWO-PLY CHANNEL LINER, LABEL, AND ROLL
A two-ply liner-label and liner-label-roll are provided. A front side of a liner is coated with a release coating. The liner also includes a plurality of die cut tabs that at least partially align with a second die cut label in the label. The backside of the label is coated with an adhesive material and applied to the front side of the liner to form a liner-label roll. The tabs remain affixed to their corresponding individual labels when the labels are removed for placement on packaging; thereby, leaving holes in the liner as the liner is wound into a waste-liner roll within an auto applicator machine.

Combination greeting card and shipping label
A combination shipping label and greeting card in which the entire printable surface of the greeting card is exposed and customizably printable by the shipper to include both shipping information as well as a customizable logo or photo and a personalized greeting selected by the sender if desired, all of which can be printed by the shipper utilizing a conventional laser printer for example. The back of the greeting card portion may be pre-printed with the shipper's or sender's general information or any other information the shipper/sender feels is desirable such as advertising or the like.
Locking line tag
A locking line tag is provided that includes an elongated sheet of material having a top, bottom, and opposing lateral sides between the top and bottom, the sheet further having a plurality of scored lines therein that when folded form a tubular structure with a panel at each of the top and bottom ends that interlock with each other and at least a pair of intermediate sections, each of the intermediate sections having a key slot therein that open to opposing lateral sides of the locking tag.
LINERLESS COMBINED MAILING LABEL AND RETURN LABEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A combined primary label and secondary label comprises a first piece of paper, a first release coating disposed on a portion of the first piece of paper, a second piece of paper, a second release coating different from the first release coating and disposed on a portion of the second piece of paper. The combined primary and secondary label further comprises an adhesive layer disposed between the first and second pieces of paper such that (i) a primary label can be peeled away with at least some adhesive of the adhesive layer from the second release coating disposed on the portion of the second piece of paper, and (ii) a secondary label can be peeled away with at least some adhesive of the same adhesive layer from the first release coating disposed on the portion of the first piece of paper.
