Items are fastened at their tops only allowing them to freely swing; wind resistant. This rugged, lightweight platform is made from plastic or aluminum and consists of several joints interconnected by square shaped insert tubes; thumb screw fastening. Tubes can couple together to form longer members. Joints can rotate 90 degrees to create perpendicular branches. A wheel/foot assembly for a sign display stand or other object includes a cradle partially enclosing an optional wheel.
