The invention describes a modular display assembly that may be coupled with a pole or other structure or surface, and secured at an elevated position to be more easily viewed by potential consumers. The assembly may be modular in nature allowing it to support and display one or more customized advertising or marketing displays such as signs, flags and/or helium-free balloons as well as various support apparatus for the same.

A sign post mounting apparatus having a stake coupled to a carrier. The carrier has a sidewall with a plurality of sections, each section is adjacent to two other sections. A first pair of the plurality of sidewall sections are seamlessly coupled to each other and are formed from a seamless sheet; a second pair of the plurality of sidewall sections are seamlessly coupled to each other and formed from a seamless sheet; the first pair of sidewall sections are coupled to the second pair of sidewall sections along a first seam and along a second seam.

An apparatus and related methods includes a base attached to an upright structure (such as a street light pole), a mounting bracket that releasably engages the base while supporting a hanging banner, and an install adapter that releasably holds the mounting bracket and banner until the mounting bracket attaches to the base. A removal adapter facilitates disengaging the mounting bracket and banner from the base. The mounting bracket and install adapter (and removal adapter) are attached to a pole and engage (and disengage) remotely and without using separate fasteners, thus allowing a worker to install (or remove) banners high on the upright structure while standing on the ground. The base and mounting bracket have tapered shapes that wedgingly engage, secured by a spring-biased friction retainer. The install adapter and removal adapter have structures that facilitate remote install and removal of the mounting bracket from the base.

A rigid banner support assembly is provided. The rigid banner support assembly comprises: an external arm having an open cavity and connectable to a support member; an internal arm located within the open cavity and connectable to a rigid banner; and at least one biasing member connecting the internal arm to the external arm and configured to permit vertical movement of the internal arm with respect to the external arm in response to a force.

A t-post sign attachment apparatus for mounting a sign to a t-post includes a rectangular prismatic face plate having a post side, a back side, a top edge, and a bottom edge. A cap is coupled to the post side of the face plate adjacent the top edge. The cap comprises a vertical wall and a horizontal top side continuously disposed on an upper edge of the vertical wall. The cap is configured to rest on a standard t-post. A pair of hooks is coupled to the face plate adjacent the bottom edge and is configured to slidably engage with the standard t-post. A sign body coupled to the face plate, the sign body being coplanarly coupled to the top edge of the face plate.

A foldable outdoor panel assembly is provided including an outdoor panel and a rotating mount assembly for maintaining the outdoor panel in a desired first orientation. The rotating mount assembly includes a first mount assembly connected to the panel and including a first mount, a first magnet having a first polarity and a second magnet having a second polarity. The rotating mount assembly further includes a second mount assembly having a second mount ratably connected to the first mount and including a third magnet having the first polarity. The second mount is connected to a post or other structure attached to the ground. The position of the first magnet adjacent to the third magnet maintains the panel in the first orientation or in an un-deflected condition while the position of the second magnet adjacent to the third magnet biases the panel from a second orientation or deflected condition back to the first orientation or un-deflected condition.

A sign post mounting apparatus having a stake coupled to a carrier. The carrier has a sidewall with a plurality of sections, each section is adjacent to two other sections. A sign holding assembly includes a base that has a back side, a front side and a perimeter edge extending between the inner and front sides. The perimeter edge includes a top edge, a bottom edge, a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge. The back side is concavely arcuate from the first lateral edge to the second lateral edge. A receiver is attached to and extends away from the front side. The receiver receives and engages a sign such that the sign extends outwardly away from the front side. A strap is attached to the base and is extendable around a vertical support to releasably secure the base to the vertical support such that the inner surface faces the vertical support.

An apparatus for supporting signage at a support structure is disclosed. The apparatus has a torsion member configured to be attached to the signage, at least one base member configured to be attached to the support structure, and at least one hinge assembly that is disposed between the torsion member and the at least one base member, the at least one hinge assembly including a base hinge subassembly and a second hinge subassembly that are attached together. The base hinge subassembly is attached to the at least one base member. The second hinge subassembly is attached to the torsion member. The torsion member is rotatable in a first rotational direction about the second hinge subassembly and a second rotational direction about the base hinge subassembly, the first rotational direction being different from the second rotational direction.
