Systems and methods for exterior signage evaluation are disclosed herein. An example method includes receiving images of an exterior signage area of an exterior surface of a first vehicle, the images being obtained by the first vehicle, a second vehicle camera or an infrastructure camera, determining current environmental conditions around the first vehicle, processing the images of the exterior signage area using the current environmental conditions, wherein processing includes comparing an expected appearance of the exterior signage area with an actual appearance of the exterior signage area to determine a visual appearance quality of the exterior signage area, and presenting a message on a display that includes the visual appearance quality.

The invention includes a novel oscillating display device, system, and assembly configured to be mounted to an external surface and allow dynamic oscillation movement of a personalized display in response to an external force, such as air flow generated by the movement of a vehicle, while maintaining the display in an approximately horizontal position relative to an external viewer. Mounting bracket systems for signs or banners
The mounting bracket systems are used in pairs to support a banner on a vehicle. In a first embodiment, the system includes opposing masts having upper and lower extending tabs adapted for attaching a banner between the masts, an annular flange disposed around the mast, and a lower mast end inserted into a bushing attached to a vehicle by U-shaped mounting straps. In a second embodiment, the system includes opposing masts having upper and lower extending tabs adapted for attaching a banner between the masts. The bottom end of each mast is attached to a platform having an elongate U-shaped pocket insert having planar walls extending from the platform opposite the mast. The pocket inserts are adapted for insertion into stake pockets common to trucks and trailers that haul oversize loads. A clevis pin may be inserted through opposing walls of the pocket insert below the stake pocket.

Wherein the improved assembly provides for a sleeve, collar and holder in removable communication to increase stability and reduce vibration of the card holder assembly. The assembly providing for a first embodiment comprising a holder comprising a button mechanism and nodes, and a sleeve comprising tabs and extensions, for increased stability. The assembly providing for a second embodiment comprising a holder comprising a lever mechanism, and at least one of an over-mold and assembled sleeve/collar combination, for increased stability. The assembly providing for a third embodiment comprising a holder comprising a hinge mechanism for increased stability. The invention further providing for methods of operation of the embodiments.
License plate holder
A device for securing a display to a vehicle grill is disclosed, where the device includes a display holder that can hold license plates. The device includes a holder frame having a first end, a first side panel, and a second side panel, where the first end is configured to hold a display. A first hook and second hook are configured to engage a first portion of a front grill of a vehicle. Levers are connected to sliders and a handle bar connects the first lever to the second lever. The hook of the first slider and the hook of the second slider are configured to engage a second portion of the front grill of the vehicle. Together, the lower hooks and upper hooks lock onto the vehicle grill to secure the device with four points of contact in multiple locations.
