A condom features a generally cylindrical sheath with an open proximal end and a distal end that fits onto a male penis. The condom also features a tether which is connected at the distal end of the sheath. The tether has an axial length greater than the axial length of the sheath and is designed to be grasped by a female partner during intercourse and placed into a rubbing contact with the clitoris.

Disclosed is a medical endovaginal device, including an elongated element defining a direction of development and having, at its proximal end, a head arranged to be introduced inside the vagina and, at its distal end, engagement element with the extreme portion of the penis during sexual intercourse.

One method for creating barrier products (for example, condoms and gloves) includes: (a) dipping a former into a tank of elastic compound. The former has an indentation extending inwardly from an outer surface for creating a first protrusion on a first face of the barrier product. The method further includes: (b) removing the former from the tank of elastic compound, whereby some of the elastic compound removably adheres to the former and fills the indentation; (c) applying supplemental material to the elastic compound, whereby creating a second protrusion on a second face of the barrier product; and (d) fully drying the supplemental material. One barrier product includes an elastic wall having opposed faces, and first and second protrusions respectively extend from the opposed faces. The first and second protrusions are in cross-sectional alignment whereby rotational input forces on the first protrusion create rotational output forces on the second protrusion.

A prophylactic condom for simulating the sensation and natural lubricating properties of an uncircumcised penis includes an open shaft section which is elastic as to hold and encase a penis of varying size and shape of and a distal head section having a wide diameter bulbous portion intended to fold down around the shaft section during sexual intercourse. The bulbous portion forms an external sleeve in which the shaft section and encased penis may move into and out of during a sexual encounter without the necessity of additional lubricant or risking the occurrence of a breach of the condom due to the frictions involved in intercourse.

A contraceptive device for preventing pregnancy while at the same time providing greater sensation than a traditional condom. The condom includes at least one portal located in the body of the condom.

Condoms, condom formers, and methods for forming condoms are disclosed. A condom includes an open end, a closed end, a tubular sheath extending from the open end to the closed end, a tip portion adapted to cover a glans of a penis, disposed adjacent to the closed end, and a plurality of raised features disposed on the tubular sheath, having a top surface area and a base surface area, wherein the total raised top surface area is greater than the total base surface area of the condom.

The present disclosure discloses a non-slip condom, including a sleeve body, where the sleeve body has an open end, a closed end, a male side, and a female side; no less than 5% of a bottom surface of the male side has a primary microstructure capable of increasing a surface area; and an area ratio of a total surface area per unit area of the bottom surface of the male side including the primary microstructure to the unit area is 1.05 to 565.00. The condom provided by the present disclosure can keep fit with a male penis during sexual intercourse to reduce the relative slip between the condom and the penis skin, and is not easy to wrinkle or slip off, thus reducing the mucosal injury and unreality sensation. Moreover, the condom helps to increase the consumers' willingness to use the condom and prevent sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

A condom includes an elastic ring having a radial width in the range of approximately 0.1875 inches to approximately 0.5 inches and an axial length in the range of approximately 0.1875 inches to approximately 5 inches, and a sleeve of flaccid and elastic material having an annular open end and a closed end.
