DISPLAY DEVICE AND TILED DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
A display device includes a substrate including a display area including pixels, a pad area comprising pads and located adjacent to the display area and a side wiring area located adjacent to the pad area; and a printed circuit film attached to the pad area located on a back surface of the first substrate. The plurality of pads include first pads that electrically connect the printed circuit film to the pixels and at least one second pad disposed between adjacent ones of the first pads. The display device further includes at least one connection portion that electrically connects a first pad of the first pads and the at least one second pad to each other. Each of the first pads includes a first-first pad located on a front surface of the first substrate and a first-second pad located on the back surface of the first substrate.

A modular display support structure is described, the modular display support structure comprising: a substantially vertical structural member including at least one mounting flange, and a receiving recess, the recess extending parallel with, and for a substantial portion of, a longitudinal axis of the structural member; and a mounting member including an interface flange to mate with the receiving recess, and an attachment flange; wherein the attachment flange includes a plurality of attachment apertures for each of a plurality of display panels. SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPLAY PANEL
A display panel (65) and a method for manufacturing a display panel (65) that includes a front side and a back side, the display panel (65) including a substrate having a plurality of electrical components provided on a front side of the substrate and integrated circuits connected to the plurality of electrical components, the integrated circuits being embedded in the substrate. A plurality of edge contacts (54, 62) is also provided along edges of the substrate, where the plurality of edge contacts (54, 62) is electrically connected with the integrated circuits. An electrically conductive layer (51, 61) covers at least a part of the front side of the substrate and surrounds the plurality of electrical components, where the electrically conductive layer (51, 61) does not physically contact the embedded integrated circuits and provides EMI shielding to different components of the display panel (65).

A tiled display device includes a first display substrate including a plurality of light emitting areas defined by one or more banks, a second display substrate adjacent to the first display substrate and including a plurality of light emitting areas, a coupling member coupling the first display substrate and the second display substrate, and a color conversion substrate including a plurality of light transmitting areas corresponding to the plurality of light emitting areas of each of the first display substrate and the second display substrate, and a plurality of light blocking areas between the plurality of light transmitting areas and corresponding to the one or more banks or the coupling member.

Disclosed are a display apparatus and a tiled display apparatus including the same, including a display panel and a support module configured to support the display panel, wherein the support module includes a body supporting the display panel, a plurality of support portions movably coupled to the body, a plurality of connection portions connected to the plurality of support portions, respectively, and a rotating portion connected to the plurality of connection portions and configured to move the plurality of support portions in an insertion direction toward an inside of the body or a protrusion direction toward an outside of the body. Since the display panel is easily attached to and detached from the frame, a time for replacement, repair, and installation work of the display panel may be reduced.
TILED DISPLAY WITH OPTICAL BLUR SEAM
A display device includes at least two adjacent display tiles having a seam therebetween, and an optical element at the seam to optically blur the seam between the adjacent display tiles, with each of the adjacent display tiles including a substrate, one or more light sources on a first surface of the substrate, and control electronics on a second surface of the substrate opposite the first surface.
TILING DISPLAY APPARATUS
A tiling display apparatus including a substrate, multiple display units, an adhesive layer and multiple driver chips is provided. The display units are disposed on the substrate and each has a circuit substrate, multiple light emitting devices and at least one bonding pad. The circuit substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The light emitting devices are disposed on the first surface. The at least one bonding pad is disposed on the second surface, and is electrically coupled to the light emitting devices. The adhesive layer connects the substrate and the display units. The substrate and the adhesive layer have a plurality of openings arranged corresponding to the openings. Multiple bonding pads of the display units are positioned in the openings. The driver chips are electrically bonded to the bonding pads of the display units through the openings.
Method for seamless splicing of special-shaped display screen and LED display screen
The present application relates to a method for seamless splicing of a special-shaped display screen, including: dividing the special-shaped display screen into a number of regular quadrilateral modules and a number of special-shaped modules; calculating a number of LED light pieces on a first side of a regular quadrilateral module after division; determining the number of the LED light pieces arranged on the first side of the regular quadrilateral module; calculating a number of LED light pieces arranged on a second side of the regular quadrilateral module, and the second side is adjacent to the first side; and continuing for the number of special-shaped modules obtained above.

A display device includes a substrate including a display area for displaying an image, and a non-display area around the display area, fan-out lines above the substrate, top antistatic layers along edges of a top surface above the substrate, and electrically connected to the fan-out lines, lead lines below the substrate, side connecting lines on sides of the substrate, and electrically connecting the fan-out lines and the lead lines, and bottom antistatic layers along edges of a bottom surface below the substrate, and electrically connected to the lead lines.
