Method of treating prolapse of a vagina by providing an implant inside of the vagina
A method of treating prolapse of a vagina is provided by placing a reinforcing implant inside of the vagina. The method includes inserting a porous sheet of material inside of the vagina through a natural vaginal opening of the patient. The porous sheet of material is an implantable support that is adapted to integrate with tissue inside of the vagina to reinforce and support at least an apical portion of the vagina. The method includes maintaining the apical portion of the vagina in an anatomically natural position by supporting the porous sheet of material inside of the vagina relative to one of a sacrum and a ligament of the patient.
TISSUE REPAIR DEVICE AND METHOD
A surgical device is provided. The surgical device includes a housing adapted for mounting on a finger of a user; and at least one guide tube attached along a length of the housing. The guide tube is configured for guiding a tissue repair implant from a proximal opening to a distal opening thereof.

KITS FOR INTRAUTERINE SYSTEMS AND IUD INSERTION DEVICES
The present disclosure is related to kits for using an intrauterine system (insertion device) including an intrauterine device (IUD), an insertion device or applicator for inserting the IUD into the cervix of a female patient.
Rectocele guide sheath
A rectocele device having an inflatable balloon and extendable armature inside of the balloon as the balloon expands provides added stability when used to push on a rectocele. More specifically, a rectocele handle can include a rectocele paddle, which can extend in length, and balloon combination extending from the handle. A protective sheath that has a tubular body covers the balloon. The paddle, generally comprised by a piston and piston housing, can increase its length by way of a piston extending in and out of the piston housing. When the rectocele paddle and balloon combination is deployed in a vagina, to push on the rectocele, the balloon is inflated which causes the piston to extend from the piston housing with the balloon inflation. The piston and piston housing paddle provide stability for the inflated balloon.

Applicator device for a menstrual cup
Two cylindrical parts (2, 3) are provided which are able to be coupled to each other with an axial sliding movement, of which, a first outer part (2) includes securing means (21) for the menstrual cup (4) to be placed, and a second inner part (3), which includes pushing means (31) which deploy the menstrual cup (4) from the securing means (21). The outer part (2) has an inner through hollow (22) suitable for receiving the inner part (3) in a fitted manner. The securing means (21) are made up of corresponding elastic arms which emerge parallel from the distal end (2a) of said part (2). The proximal end (2b) of the external part (2) has a smooth section (23). The appendages (31) of the inner part (3) have a perimeter edge and a length. The inner part (3) has an inner perforation (34) for inserting a thread-like element of the menstrual cup (4) as extraction means (4a).

Devices and methods for pelvic organ prolapse alleviation
A device sized and shaped for alleviating organ prolapse when inserted into a vagina, comprising: (a) an adjustably flexible, substantially planar ring provided with at least one opposing snapping element; (b) a central rod extending at least partially through the ring transverse to the snapping elements, where the central rod is provided with counterpart slots configured for insertion of the snapping elements therein; and, (c) a connection block, co-axial with the central rod and slidable thereover to transition the device from an expanded state to a collapsed state, configured with slots which align with the counterpart slots of the central rod for passage of at least one snapping element therethrough when the device is in the collapsed state.
