IMPLANT FOR TREATING VAGINAL PROLAPSE
Some embodiments an implant supports female genitlia, for example, to treat and/or prevent prolapse and/or urinary incontinence. The implant may be inserted into a vagina non-surgically. Optionally, the device may be incorporated within the vaginal wall. Optionally, the device includes a hollow elastic frame. For example, the frame may be made of metal and/or wire and/or a cut out and/or a polymer. In some embodiment a cranial portion of the device is designed for supporting the vaginal dome. For example, the cranial end of the device may include an element (e.g., support wires) running in an anterior-posterior direction. Optionally there may be a free space avoiding interference with the uterine cervix. In some embodiments, a caudal portion of the device is configured to hold the device in the vagina. For example, a caudal end of the device may be configured to rest on the pelvic floor
Devices and methods for pelvic organ prolapse alleviation
A device sized and shaped for alleviating organ prolapse when inserted into a vagina, comprising: (a) an adjustably flexible, substantially planar ring; (b) a telescoping locking mechanism extending in a central axis, but within the plane of the ring, from a first side of the ring to a second side of the ring, comprising, (i) a first element extending from a side of the ring including an elastic diamond shaped snap, and, (ii) a second element extending from a second side of the ring, opposite the first element, including at least one window configured as a counterpart to the snap, wherein the device is configured to be in an expanded, treatment rendering state when the snap is released into the window and a reduced profile state when the snap is not in the window.

APPLICATOR FOR A PESSARY DEVICE
An applicator for inserting a pessary, the applicator including a barrel and a plunger. The barrel having an upper chalice shaped opening having a first diameter at the top most edge and a second diameter at an intermediate location lower than the top most edge. The first diameter is larger than the second diameter. The plunger is configured to at least partially receive a pessary and is telescopically received in the barrel. The plunger is configured and arranged to eject the pessary from the barrel upon telescopic movement of the plunger within the barrel towards the top most edge.

INTRAVAGINAL SUPPORT DEVICES AND METHODS
The present disclosure, in certain embodiments, relates to a flexible and non-absorbent vaginal insert device that is easier to insert and remove and is for use in improving and preventing symptoms associated with pelvic organ prolapse and urinary and/or fecal incontinence when the device is inserted. In certain embodiments, the device has an optionally cone-shaped upper portion that provides pelvic organ support and a removal portion or stem that facilitates insertion and removal of the device.
Hannah Cervical Cup
A cervical cup includes a body having a flange and a vacuum port so that application of a vacuum to the port will secure the cervical cup to a cervix disposed inside of the body of the cup. Example of the disclosed methodology to treat preterm birth includes inserting of a cervix into a cervical cup and applying a vacuum to a vacuum port of the cervical cup so as to secure the cervical cup to the cervix.
