An advertising apparatus is capable of motion sensitive illumination and 180 viewing, wherein the advertising apparatus comprises: a top piece; a bottom piece; a back piece adapted for mounting the advertising apparatus to an external structure; a front display piece adapted for displaying graphics, wherein the front display piece has a convex shape, and wherein the top piece, the bottom piece, the back piece, and the front display piece are mechanically coupled together; an illumination source for illuminating the front display piece, wherein the front display piece is illuminated when the illumination source is active; a multifaceted motion sensor for detecting motion of a person, wherein the multifaceted motion sensor is configured to trigger the illumination source when said person's heat moves across at least two facets of the multifaceted motion sensor; a wireless transmitter, wherein the wireless transmitter has a transmission radius, wherein the wireless transmitter is capable of detecting a person carrying a wireless-enabled device when said person passes within the transmission radius of the wireless transmitter, and wherein the wireless transmitter delivers advertising and marketing content to said wireless-enabled device; and a power source, wherein the illumination source, the motion sensor, and the wireless transmitter are coupled to the power source.
BACKLIT DISPLAY SYSTEM
A backlit display system includes a display framework and a display fabric. The display frame has an inner perimeter defining a central open space and having mounted thereabout a plurality of light-emitting elements configured for emitting light into the central open space. The display fabric has a rearward, light-reflective back-lighting panel and a forward, light-permeable image-display panel supported by the display frame such that at least a portion of the central open space is situated between the back-lighting and image-display panels. A portion of the light emitted into the central open space from the light-emitting elements is reflected by the back-lighting panel toward the image-display panel through which it passes to illuminate an image defined on the image-display panel.
Shelf display
A shelf display that is easily attached to a store merchandising fixture in a retail or wholesale environment is disclosed. It extends away from the merchandising fixture to increase visibility. The shelf display includes separate pieces that can be snapped together without the use of tools and provide flexibility in positioning the shelf display. A frame is mounted into a clip that slides along one edge of the frame. The clip is part of a ball joint so that the frame can be rotated or tilted. The ball joint attaches to an arm with breakaway lines so the length of the arm can be adjusted. The display may be formed in multiple sizes and shapes, and is oriented so that both sides of the shelf display can be used for graphic statements.
System of peripheral advertisements about a display
One or more frame bodies are provide for attachment to a display device. The one or more frame bodies are formed by a backing and edging frame, with a display region being created between the backing and the edging frame. The display region is accessible through an item-receiving slot, the item receiving slot cutting through the edging frame. More specifically, the display region is bounded by the backing and an interior surface of the edging frame, while the item-receiving slot cuts through an exterior surface of the edging frame. Advertisements are created by means of a printed graphic, which can be positioned on the removable insert as well as the edging frame. The removable insert is placed in the display region, and can be protected by a transparent cover. Advertisements can be enhanced by illumination sources and ocular-stimulating accessories.
Modular sign assembly
A modular sign assembly includes a perimeter frame including an upper support, a lower support, a first lateral support and second lateral support. Each of the upper and lower supports is removably engaged with each of the first and second lateral supports. The first and second lateral supports each include a housing having a top end, a bottom end and a perimeter wall. A light emitter is mounted in the housing and emits light outwardly from the perimeter wall when the light emitter is turned on. A rechargeable battery is mounted within the housing and is electrically coupled to the light emitter. Each of the first and second lateral supports has a receivers attached thereto and each receiver receives two legs. A flexible panel is positioned within the perimeter frame. A plurality of couplers releasably couples the flexible panel to the perimeter frame.
Vehicle parking space sign system
A parking space sign system that is mountable to existing parking bumpers or includes a flexible support structure for placement in parking spaces with parking bumpers, a frame mount having at least one transparent frame sleeve formed by sleeve flanges, at least one panel with indicia on its face and at least one mounting aperture for mounting the frame to a parking bumper with hardware or slotted end caps instead of mounting apertures in the frame mount for sealing the ends of the frame mount and securing it to a parking bumper.
Decorative door panel insert
The decorative door panel insert comprises a frame structure, an image panel, an illumination circuit, and a door. The image panel mounts in the frame structure. The illumination circuit mounts in the frame structure. The frame structure mounts in the door. The image panel displays an image. The illumination circuit illuminates the image panel. The image panel is a transparent structure.
Illuminable sign for displaying a message in an automobile window
An illuminable sign includes comprising a translucent panel having an engraved message and an electrically powered light source oriented to direct light into an edge of the translucent panel. A remote may be used to transmit a wireless signal to the illuminable sign when a button on the remote is pressed by a user. The illuminable sign includes a wireless receiver that receives the wireless signal and turns the light source on and off in response to the wireless signal. Accordingly, the user may selectively illuminate the sign and express the message to another person, such as a driver in an adjacent automobile. The illuminable sign may be securable to the inside of an automobile window using suction cups in a manner that the engraved message is directed to be viewed through the window.
Wind-driven poster display system
A wind-driven poster display system enables quick insertion of a poster display and rotates the poster display to catch the attention of people in the area or passing by. A wind-driven poster display employs a rotor assembly coupled to a stator assembly having a foundation base. The rotor assembly, including the poster mounting frame, rotates about the stator assembly via a bearing that is coupled between the stator assembly and rotor assembly by a stator-rotor coupling assembly. The poster mounting frame rotates via wind, wherein the poster mounting frame has a wind-capture mechanisms, wing blades extending from each of the respective left extension and right extension of the poster mounting frame, in opposing directions. When the wind blows, the wing blades catch the wind and cause the poster mounting frame to spin to expose a first surface and subsequently a second surface of the poster mounting frame.
