SALES OR TEST DISPLAY WITH LIGHT GUIDE
A sales or test display, comprising, in the assembled state, a lower level (14) for receiving products, a lighting system (16), and an upper level on which the lighting system is fastened, the lighting system comprising: a base (24), a printed circuit board (22) including a light-emitting diode suitable for emitting a light (L1), and a guide (26) made from a translucent material extending along a line (L), and located opposite the light-emitting diode to conduct said light, the guide (26) comprising: an upper surface for downwardly reflecting at least part of the light (L1) and forming a reflected light, and a lower surface for allowing at least part of the reflected light to pass and forming a diffused light (L3), the guide being configured to form an illuminated zone (20) on the lower level.
Lighting Assembly with LEDs and Optical Elements
A lighting apparatus includes a circuit board and light emitting diodes (LEDs) attached to the circuit board. The LEDs are arranged in an array of row and columns and are attached to the circuit board are arranged in a single plane. A support substrate supports the circuit board. Optical elements are configured to redirect light from the plurality of LEDs. Each optical element is substantially the same as all other optical elements. Each LED is associated with a single optical element and each optical element is associated with a single LED. The lighting apparatus is configured to direct light away from the circuit board so that the light is directed so as to illuminate a substantially rectangular area that is off-center relative to the light assembly. The substantially rectangular area has an edge that is at least 14 feet in length.
EXPANDABLE LIGHT BAR SYSTEM
An expandable light bar system includes a plurality of light bar segments each having an elongated hollow body and a lighting unit. Each lighting unit includes a housing with a plurality of light emitting diodes that are electrically connected to either a subsequent lighting unit or a power source. The housing is secured onto a ridge that is located along the top surface of the elongated body. An expansion adaptor is positioned between two light bar segments and allows the overall length of the joined light bar segments to be adjustable. A spacer is positioned at the center of the adaptor and defines a minimum separation distance between the segments. A pair of endcaps are removably secured to one end of each of the light bar segments and are configured to engage an existing fluorescent high output socket within a light box to support placement of the joined segments.
Light fixture sign
A light fixture sign includes a sign message structure including letter-shaped structures. The light fixture sign includes an illumination source to generate light to be projected through a front surface of the letter-shaped structures. The light fixture sign includes at least one reflective mirror having a first surface attached over a back surface of the letter-shaped structures and a reflective surface opposite the first surface to reflect light.
LED MODULE LIGHTING SIGNAGE ELECTRICAL POWER AND DATA DISTRIBUTION AND CONNECTION SYSTEM
An LED module lighting signage system receives electricity from a power supply as well as data from a data processor source, via electrical power and data supply wiring, at least one power/data distributor, and quick connect, plug-in male and female connectors. The distributor has multiple ports which permit wiring to run from a power supply and data processor source to the distributor and from the distributor to multiple LED modules and fixtures, e.g. different channel letters, LED stringlights, etc. All connections between the power source, data processor source, electrical power/data distributor, and the modules or fixtures are accomplished easily by means of male to female quick connect plug-in connectors. In this manner, the power/data distributor can provide electrical power to LED module lighting signage and also transmit data from a data processor source to the signage in a single cohesive system.
INK LITE MOBILE LIGHT
Provided is a custom printed, side and/or back lit with a LED lighting system (referred to as INK LITES) that can be used as a hard wired device as well as a battery powered mobile unit. More specifically, our custom printed LED lights (INK LITES) can be used as a wall decoration, desk light, ceiling light, mobile light for a vehicle, or mobile light used in a personal backpack. Custom and licensed images are printed in the removable, translucent acrylic insert, which can easily be exchanged throughout the lifetime of the lighting system. The screw in pegs on the back of the light can be used to support the desk light in a horizontal or vertical position or removed so that the light can be placed on the wall. When used with the motion sensor and battery pack, it's a night light that turns on via motion sensor or thru the light sensor that can be adjusted based on the consumers desired preferences. The light can be powered by a standard plug with direct current, the attached 12 volt battery, or a larger eight hour plus rechargeable battery that fits in the vehicle or backpack.
IMPROVED TRAFFIC LIGHT ASSEMBLY
A traffic light assembly is disclosed with red, amber and green lights. While light is being emitted, a flashing sequence pattern is generated within the area to enhance the meaning of the signal communicated to the driver. The sequence pattern is formed by changing the colour of light emitted, and or by ceasing to emit light. An intermediate pattern that is different in configuration from any of the sequence patterns is provided at a transition between at least one of the red, amber and green lights to further communicate to the driver that the light signal is about to change and that action is about to be required.
Monitor cover and lighting apparatus and method
A device including a monitor assembly having an outlet configured to selectively distribute a fire suppressant there from, the outlet being pivotal about a first axis and a second axis, a cover coupled to the monitor assembly, and a light assembly coupled to the cover. The light assembly illuminates indicia on a lens of the light assembly.
METHOD AND APPARATUS TO ADD LIGHT SOURCES TO A PRINT
A method is disclosed. For example, the method includes printing an image on a substrate, applying an adhesive on select portions of the image, coupling the image to a wave guide such that the adhesive contacts a surface of the wave guide, and providing a light through the wave guide such that the light is emitted through the wave guide and the adhesive and the light is reflected by the select portions of the image back through the adhesive and the wave guide.
Reconfigurable lighted mailbox post
A reconfigurable lighted post (e.g., mailbox), including a post, and first and second dual channel members attached to the post. The dual channel members include dual channels, where the first channel of each houses a strip of LEDs, and the second channel defines a channel into which an insert to be back or trans-illuminated can be inserted. Both dual channel members are attached to the post so that the first channels housing the strips of LEDs are positioned towards the post, while the second channels are positioned away from the post. The insert to be illuminated is receivable between the second channels (i.e., that face one another). The insert may include a house address number, or other characters cut-out or otherwise formed into the insert, so that light from the LED strips back or trans-illuminates the insert when received between the facing second channels. Deck rail lighting is also disclosed.
