Health and Vital Signs Monitoring Ring with Integrated Display and Making of Same
A vital signs monitoring ring with integrated display includes a ring housing, the ring housing comprising at least two windows and a printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) layer configured to be attached to the ring housing. The PCBA layer includes a display section, a sensor section, a transmission mode oximetry measurement section configured to be in alignment with the at least two windows, a power supply, and a switch configured to power on the vital signs monitoring ring with integrated display via the power supply. The display section is configured to display physiological and action parameters associated with a user by sensing the physiological and action signals from a digit of user wearing the vital signs monitoring ring with integrated display using at least the sensor section and the transmission mode oximetry measurement section.
METHOD FOR RENDERING COLOR IMAGES
A system for rendering color images on an electro-optic display when the electro-optic display has a color gamut with a limited palette of primary colors, and/or the gamut is poorly structured (i.e., not a spheroid or obloid). The system uses an iterative process to identify the best color for a given pixel from a palette that is modified to diffuse the color error over the entire electro-optic display. The system additionally accounts for variations in color that are caused by cross-talk between nearby pixels.

Surgical instrument systems comprising battery arrangements
A surgical instrument system comprising a handle, a shaft, and a disposable power module is disclosed. The handle comprises a motor, a control switch, and a motor-control processor which is in communication with the control switch. In various instances, the disposable power module comprises a disposable battery and a display unit configured to indicate at least one function of the surgical instrument system.
IDENTIFYING, REDUCING HEALTH RISKS, AND TRACKING OCCUPANCY IN A FACILITY
Disclosed herein as methods, apparatuses, non-transitory computer readable media, and systems relating to reduction and/or identification of one or more health risks in a facility. For example, by sensing a bodily characteristic of an individual in a facility, e.g., by sensing at least one environmental characteristic. For example, by sensing surface cleanliness. For example, by tracking personnel in the facility. For example, by suggesting routes in an enclosure based at least in part in personnel concentration in the facility. Disclosed herein as methods, apparatuses, non-transitory computer readable media, and systems relating to monitoring occupancy of a facility.

ELECTRO-OPTIC DISPLAYS, AND METHODS FOR DRIVING SAME
There are provided methods for driving an electro-optic display having a plurality of display pixels, a such method includes detecting a white-to-white graytone transition on a first pixel; and determining whether a threshold number of cardinal neighbors of the first pixel are not making a graytone transition from white to white, or if the first pixel is a color pixel, and apply a first waveform.

Shift register
A shift register includes shift register units, in which at least one shift register unit is coupled to a forestage shift register unit and a post-stage shift register unit, where the at least one shift register unit includes a signal input circuit, a signal output circuit, a pull down circuit and a switching circuit. The signal input circuit electrically coupled to the forestage shift register unit can receive a logic signal from the forestage shift register. The signal output circuit is electrically coupled to the signal input circuit via a control signal terminal and is electrically coupled to the post-stage shift register unit. The signal output circuit can receive a first clock signal. The pull down circuit is electrically coupled to or electrically isolated from the control signal terminal through the switching circuit.
