A Secured Keyboard Video and Mouse (SKVM) system for selectively controlling a plurality of individual computers by a single set comprising a keyboard, a pointing device and at least one video monitor (in some cases, can be controlled also by computer), the SKVM comprising separate electrical circuits for transmitting the display sources, the pointing device and keyboard communications.

TRANSMITTING APPARATUS, STEREO IMAGE DATA TRANSMITTING METHOD, RECEIVING APPARATUS, AND STEREO IMAGE DATA RECEIVING METHOD

Transmission of stereo image data may be performed between devices, where a source device receives E-EDID from a sink device via DDC of an HDMI cable. This E-EDID contains information on 3D image data transmission modes supportable by the sink device. Based on information on 3D image data transmission modes from the sink device, the source device selects a predetermined transmission mode from among the 3D image data transmission modes supportable by the sink device. The source device transmits 3D image data in the selected transmission mode to the sink device. The source device transmits information on the transmission mode for the 3D image data, to the sink device by using an AVI InfoFrame packet or the like. The sink device processes the 3D image data received from the source device in accordance with its transmission mode, thereby obtaining left and right eye image data.

MEDICAL IMAGING SYSTEM

Provided is a medical imaging system including medical equipment, a wall-plate converter, and a mobile near-source converter (NSC). The wall-plate converter supplies direct current (DC) power to the mobile NSC via a connection cable interposed between the mobile NSC and the wall-plate converter.

Electronic equipment, control information transmission and reception methods having bidirectional communication using predetermined lines

Electronic equipment and methods for permitting quick control of the operating state of a source equipment side from sink equipment. A television receiver (sink equipment) 100 and an amplifier (repeater equipment) 200 are interconnected over an HDMI cable 610, and the amplifier 200 and a DVD recorder (source equipment) 300 are interconnected over an HDMI cable 620. Each of the pieces of equipment includes, in addition to an HDMI receiving unit and an HDMI transmitting unit, a high-speed data line I/F included in a bidirectional communication unit that uses predetermined lines of the HDMI cable. The bidirectional communication unit is used to transmit channel selection information, a remote control code instructing recording, “theater mode” designating information, a remote control code, or the like from the television receiver 100 to the audio amplifier 200 or DVD recorder 300.

Multi-terminal synchronous display method, display apparatus and display apparatus cascading system

A multi-terminal synchronous display method, a display apparatus and a display apparatus cascading system are provided. The method includes receiving an audio and video signal; obtaining a current stage driving signal for driving current stage of display apparatus to output audio and video based on the received audio and video signal; restoring the current stage driving signal to the audio and video signal; and inputting the restored audio and video signal to next stage of display apparatus to make the current stage of display apparatus output audio and video synchronously with the next stage of display apparatus. It is possible to effectively reduce difficulty of wiring between the signal controller and the display terminals and the cost of the network cable placement by the above technical solutions.
