A glove has a glove core and a glove component. The glove core has a palm portion, a dorsum portion, a side portion of hand and a finger portion; the palm portion and the finger portion are connected to each other via a connection point, the finger piece portion has a first and second bonding portions with a distance therebetween, the finger piece portion is bound to the finger portion via the first bonding portion, and the finger piece portion is bound to the palm portion via the second bonding portion. The connection point, the first bonding portion and the second bonding portion are formed to have a virtual triangle, thus the finger portion and the palm portion have an angle being less than 180 degrees, and that is, the finger portion bends forward the palm portion to make the glove comply with the ergonomic principle.

The glove of the present invention includes: a glove main body including a main body portion; 5 finger-receiving portions each having a bottomed cylindrical shape; and a hem portion having a cylindrical shape; and a cuff which is joined to the hem portion of the glove main body, wherein the main body portion is formed in a pouch-like shape to cover a palm and a dorsal side of a wearer's hand, the 5 finger-receiving portions extend from the main body portion to cover each of a first finger to a fifth finger of the wearer, the hem portion extends in a direction opposite to the 5 finger-receiving portions, the cuff is arranged to protrude from the hem portion in a direction opposite to the 5 finger-receiving portions, a projection image of the cuff as viewed from a palm side thereof is a figure symmetrical with respect to a straight line and symmetrical with respect to an axis parallel to a direction of the protruding, the projection increasing in width as it becomes distant from the hem portion, and a flexural rigidity of the cuff is greater than a flexural rigidity of the hem portion of the glove main body, and a difference between the flexural rigidities is no less than 1.0 gf.cm.sup.2/cm.

All-inclusive one-piece electrical heating liner for articles of apparel

An all-inclusive electrical heating liner for use in the fabrication of articles of apparel is disclosed. It is comprised of a thermally insulating fabric piece which is shaped to define a dorsal panel and a pair of frontal panels to which are secured patterns of heating wires at specific locations. The spaced relationship between the dorsal panel and the pair of frontal panels is adjustable whereby the liner can be incorporated in articles of apparel of different sizes including small. Medium, large and X-large apparel sizes and gender types. The liner incorporates a power supply, controls, switches, wiring, connectors and other components thereby facilitating the incorporation of the liner into an article of apparel resulting in a cost reduction to the manufacturer of heated articles of apparel. Various embodiments are described to show that the all-inclusive one-piece heating liner is adaptable to many articles which require control heating.

LABOR PROTECTION GLOVE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

A labor protection glove includes a glove body including a glove liner and a back rubber protection layer disposed on a surface of a back of the glove liner. The glove liner includes a skin contact layer, a moisture absorption layer disposed outside the skin contact layer and a wear-resistant layer disposed outside the moisture absorption layer. The back rubber protection layer includes a finger rubber layer disposed at a back of a finger of the glove, a palm-back rubber layer disposed at a back of a palm of the glove body, and a root knuckle rubber layer disposed between the finger rubber layer and the palm-back rubber layer for protecting a knuckle. The finger rubber layer and the root knuckle rubber layer are independently formed by injection molding.

A glove assembly including two or more elastomeric gloves removably attached to one another, said two or more gloves attached to one another by a graspable attachment member, and a method of simultaneously inserting a hand into two or more elastomeric gloves. Previously known double gloving required users to put each glove on one at a time, which could require a significant amount of time and may risk exposing the first glove to contaminants. Removably attaching the inner and outer gloves of the present disclosure may allow a user to easily don both gloves simultaneously, which allows the user to don both gloves in less time than previously known methods of double gloving.

The present invention provides a lightweight glove for baseball or softball that may include an elastic backfinger to provide a conforming fit to the wearer's hand. In general, the elastic backfinger may replace existing, often leather backfingers, the back panel, the liner, and/or other elements of traditional gloves glove with the elastic material, combination of elastic materials, or combination of elastic and inelastic materials.

The present disclosure relates to a glove with both flock-lined and unlined interior surfaces The glove generally comprises a hand region including a palm portion and a dorsal portion; a thumb region and four individual digit regions projecting away from one end of the hand region; and a cuff region extending outwardly from another end of the hand region opposing to the thumb region and the four individual digit regions. The cuff region terminates to a terminal end defining an opening for insertion of a user hand therein. Preferably, the hand region comprises flock lining on at least the interior surface of the palm portion or one or more selected areas on the interior surface of the palm portion. The cuff region is free from having any flock lining.
