Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving content in the form of musical score sheets or other data that includes instructions to play notes on a particular instrument, guidance that is enabled with respect to the content, obtaining new input such as musical scores or other instructions responsive to determining that the guidance is enabled, and obtaining the guidance with respect to a display of the content, where the obtained guidance is based on the input. The instructions may include the end user take certain action in playing the instrument or physical action in a marching band context. Artificial intelligence may be used to issue new documents, instructions or guidance. A GPS and drone communications system is also disclosed. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Various aspects include systems and approaches for providing audio performance capabilities with one or more far field microphones. One aspect includes a method of controlling a speaker system with at least one far field microphone that is coupled with a separate display device. The method can include: receiving a user command to initiate an audio performance mode; initiating audio playback of an audio performance file at a transducer at the speaker system; initiating video playback including musical performance guidance associated with the audio performance file at the display device; receiving a user generated acoustic signal at the at least one far field microphone after initiating the audio playback and the video playback; comparing the user generated acoustic signal with a reference acoustic signal; and providing feedback about the comparison to the user.

Systems and methods are provided for assembling and displaying a visual ensemble of musical performances that were created and uploaded from one or more locations that are remote from a host of the network, a director or other administrator reviewing submissions for selection and assembly, or perhaps merely remote from one or more other submissions received over a computer network. The circuitry controls display of the extracted portion of the text information on the display screen.

The presentation of the rhythm is performed by presenting a sound generation timing and a time length of the sound, and a suitable marker indicative of a performance progression may be additionally displayed.

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a device that includes a processing system having a processor and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processing system, facilitate performance of operations, where the operations include determining parameters for adapting audio in the content to the device, wherein the device renders the content, and wherein the parameters are based on semantic metadata embedded in the content, adapting the audio in the content based on the parameters, and rendering the content, as adapted by the parameters, to represent a semantic in the semantic metadata.
