The vibration motors are embedded on a basal pad. A primary diffuser overlays the embedded the vibration motors. The device is portable and can be adaptable to a target body part.

A hip protective, disposable undergarment is described. The hip protective, disposable undergarment includes a brief having a body between a first end and a second end. The first end includes a waist opening, and the second end includes two leg openings. A first pocket is included in the body, and a first hip protective insert is removably attached to the first pocket of the body. The first hip protective insert is configured to be disposed over a first trochanteric region of the wearer when the undergarment is worn. A second pocket is also included in the body and a second hip protective insert is removably attached to the second pocket of the body. Heat therapy leggings are described herein. The heat therapy leggings may include a double walled waistband. The double walled waistband may include an interior pocket to cover the front torso/midsection or lower back. The heat therapy leggings may be front to back reversible. A heat patch may be inserted into the interior pocket to provide relief from menstrual cramps.

A vibrating and heating module is coupled to the belt so that the vibrating and heating module is selectively positionable over a lower abdomen and a lower back of a user when the belt is coupled around the waist of the user. The vibrating and heating module is configured to selectively warm and massage the lower abdomen and the lower back of the user to relieve menstrual cramps.
