Wearable device for treatments to enhance circulation in lower torso
A wearable device for treatments to enhance circulation in a lower torso. The device has a pouch assembly and a strap assembly with a waist belt and lateral straps. The strap assembly is secured around a body. The lateral straps, waist belt, and body create semi-sealed interfaces, forming a functional pocket between the pouch assembly and the body. The pouch assembly can be worn on the front or back of the body. The pouch assembly captures and retains fluids against the body, and allows physical access to the treatment area. With a continuous source of water, the semi-sealed nature of the pouch allows for water to circulate the treatment area. The materials are resistant to temperature, water, suds, human biowaste, and pharmaceutical solutions. The design's practicality and effectiveness in improving lower torso circulation are underscored by the strap assembly's secure fit and standing treatment orientation.
WATERPROOF PERSONAL THERMOREGULATION SYSTEM FOR THE ACTIVE INDIVIDUAL
Disclosed are thermoregulatory systems. In particular, thermoregulatory devices are incorporated into garments for warming and cooling a user's body. Thermoregulatory devices are waterproof and breathable, which allow thermogenerators such as hot packs and cold packs, to remain dry while still allowing air flow such that thermogenerators using air-activated chemical reactants remain active. Thermoregulatory devices are particularly useful with garments maintaining the thermogenerators close to the body's core where they will be most effective. The thermoregulation systems advantageously allow a user to selectively position thermoregulatory devices in different regions of the user's body to self-regulate core body temperature.
COOLING AND WARMING PROTECTOR
A protector includes a body having a cooling/warming device and a connection device. The cooling/warming device includes a bag, a circulation device and a chip, wherein the circulation device is connected to the bag and the chip. Liquid is received in the water bag and circulates within the circulation device, and the chip changes the temperature of the liquid in the circulation device. The connection device is easily attached to the user's body and the temperature of the liquid is set to provide cooling or warming features to the muscles of the user's body.
HEATING DEVICES
A heating device includes a heating unit and device electronics. The heating unit is configured to deliver heat to a user's body. The heating unit includes a substrate and a heating element supported by the substrate. The device electronics are coupled to the heating element and are configured to store a first heating profile that includes data indicating how power should be delivered to the heating element over a first period of time. The device electronics are configured to deliver power to the heating element according to the first heating profile. The device electronics are configured to wirelessly receive a second heating profile from an external computing device. The second heating profile includes data indicating how power should be delivered to the heating element over a second period of time. The device electronics are configured to deliver power to the heating element according to the second heating profile.
THERAPEUTIC BELT WITH POCKETS AND BALLS
The present invention is directed to a pain-relieving treatment belt that comprises a plurality of pockets positioned on its interior surface which target the vertebrae of the lumbar spine and house a plurality of balls comprised of a thermally conductive material. The balls are designed to provide heat or cold therapy, as well as pressure and massage to the lumbar spine. The balls may be heated or cooled, and movable, to target specific spinal discs and muscles in the lumbar region. The belt is designed to rehabilitate the lower back by promoting circulation and alleviating inflammation and other ailments through the use of heated or cooled balls that rotate and apply pressure to targeted parts of the lower back.
THERMAL CONTRAST THERAPY SYSTEMS, DEVICES, AND METHODS
The present disclosure relates to thermal contrast therapy systems, and automated thermal contrast therapy devices configured to interact with such systems and to perform customized thermal contrast therapy treatment sequences. Treatments may be prescribed by a treatment provider or selected by a user of a thermal contrast therapy device associated with such a system. In some embodiments, a thermal contrast therapy device may be configured to receive an indication from one or more temperature sensors and/or flow meters and to effect a desired measure of heat transfer during treatment, for example, by automatically adjusting the temperature and/or flow rate of the heat transfer fluid. In some embodiments, a thermal contrast therapy device may be configured to receive an indication of one or more physiological parameter values and to perform a customized thermal contrast therapy treatment sequence based, at least in part, on the one or more physiological parameter values.
DEVICE FOR WARMING A MUSCLE
A device for warming or rehabilitating a muscle for maintaining muscle readiness in sporting events or for retaining body heat. The disclosure identifies a device for warming or rehabilitating a muscle that includes a muscle wrap using a nylon layer and an insulation material. The muscle wrap works in combination with at least one fastener band to offer an athlete the ability to conform the device to a body for heat retention while minimizing blood flow restriction. The nylon layer retains internal body moisture to deter evaporative cooling while repelling external moisture to deter temperature reduction in the muscle.
Just Correct Alignment (JCA) Device
The present invention provides a device that provides relief for lower back pain and corrects bad posture. The back brace device comprises a plurality of belts having a rear side, a front side, and a first end removably securable to a second end. The rear side of at least one of the belts has an inflatable bladder that is controlled by an air pump. The device further comprises having a heating element and a vibration mechanism that can be turned on or off as desired by the user. The present invention is used by placing the belt around the waist of the user and securing the first and second ends to one another via one or more suitable fasteners. The bladder is then inflated in order to provide support to the back of the user.
