The combination allows for the auto tuning of the recording, the compression of the recording, the equalization of the recording, adding in reverb, and the audio quantization of the rhythm. Once combined, the song is transmitted to social media and/or to an online store for sale. The user can also make a video with the song. Embodiments of the present invention can be used to determine compatibility between a known melody capable of being generated by a pitch generation system and a first performance profile associated with a first performer that performs in conjunction with the pitch generation system. Embodiments of the present invention can be further used to determine an appropriate key to update one or more pitches associated with the known melody, to be generated by the pitch generation system during the performance by the first performer, based on the compatibility between the first performance profile and the known melody.

Described herein is a system for recommending music using a music taste profile. The music taste profile includes information about musical taste of a particular user that can be used to provide music recommendation(s) targeted to that particular user. The system includes a recommendation component that makes a music recommendation(s) based on the music taste profile. The recommendation component can utilize an algorithm to make the music recommendation. With consent of the user, a music taste profile modification component can modify the music taste profile based on an inference from information regarding a music-related interest of the user received from a source (e.g., information obtained about a web browsing search history of the user, signal(s) provided by a digital assistant regarding information requested by the user and/or from a home automation device).
