The server includes an identifier storage part storing a user identifier in association with the device identifier of the electronic device corresponding to the user, an identifier transmission part acquiring device identifier corresponding to the user identifier and transmitting the device identifier to the terminal, a first server instruction reception part receiving the device identifier and the instruction for the electronic device, and a server instruction transmission part transmitting the received instruction to the electronic device corresponding to the received device identifier.
