[Solution] Provided is the signal processing device including: a signal analyzing unit configured to analyze a second audio signal based on a first audio signal which is input and a sound collected through a microphone; a cancellation processing unit configured to generate a cancellation signal for canceling the second audio signal; and a parameter generating unit configured to generate a control parameter used in the cancellation processing unit based on a result of analysis performed by the signal analyzing unit.
System for masking vehicle noise and method for the same
A method for masking a vehicle noise includes setting a noise-generated driving region in which the vehicle noise is generated while a vehicle is running; measuring the vehicle noise in the noise-generated driving region; determining a masking sound which cancels the vehicle noise based on the measured vehicle noise; and outputting the determined masking sound into an interior of the vehicle.
Method for cancelling noise of audio signal and electronic device thereof
An apparatus and method for cancelling a noise of an audio signal in an electronic device are provided. The electronic device includes a communication module configured to provide a voice call service with a counterpart electronic device, a memory configured to store one or more noise cancellation variables, and a processor configured to, when a call with the counterpart electronic device is configured through the communication module, select a noise cancellation variable corresponding to a reception signal strength from the memory and cancel an audio signal noise based on a noise cancellation variable corresponding to the reception signal.
Noise reduction system
According to one embodiment, a noise reduction system for reducing noise including impact noise repetitively generated at a time interval includes the following elements. The error signal generator generates an error signal based on the noise being detected. The delay signal generator has a time delay characteristic and delays a signal, which is generated based on the error signal, to generate a delay signal, the time delay characteristic being determined based on an imaging sequence or pre-scanning by the MRI device and corresponding to the time interval. The control filter generates the first control signal from the delay signal. The loudspeaker unit includes at least one pair of a first filter and a control loudspeaker and a transmission unit.
Dynamic aircraft routing
A request for transport services that identifies a rider, an origin, and a destination is received from a client device. Eligibility of the request to be serviced by a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft is determined based on the origin and the destination. A transportation system determines a first and a second hub for a leg of the transport request serviced by the VTOL aircraft and calculates a set of candidate routes from the first hub to the second hub. A provisioned route is selected from among the set of candidate routes based on network and environmental parameters and objectives including pre-determined acceptable noise levels, weather, and the presence and planned routes of other VTOL aircrafts along each of the candidate routes.
Noise cancellation system
A programmable Active Noise Compensation (ANC) system for an audio input includes a parameter store structured to store a number of various filter parameters. A mode of operation is selected that represents the type of environment the ANC system is operating in—feed-forward, feed-back, or combined feed-forward and feedback. Different filter parameters are retrieved from the parameter store based on the selected mode and desired operation. Audio inputs are sampled at a relatively high sample rate that matches inputs from a feed-forward and feedback microphone that may be present in the system. Parameters and instructions may be changed in the system responsive to changing conditions of the compensation system.
Active noise cancellation in audio output device
An audio output device controls the application of active noise cancellation (ANC) levels based on a current status of the device. The audio output device includes a communication interface configured to provide a wired or wireless connection to a playback device, a signal detector configured to detect an audio signal provided through the communication interface, an ANC module configured to apply a first-level ANC to the audio signal, and a control unit configured to determine a level of the ANC to be applied by the ANC module. Upon determining that the audio signal is not provided based on information provided from at least one of the communication interface or the signal detector, the control unit instructs the ANC module to perform a second-level ANC.
SIGNAL PROCESSING DEVICE, PROGRAM, AND RANGE HOOD DEVICE
A signal processing device includes a coefficient updater configured to calculate a filter coefficient based on a reference signal, an error signal, and an update parameter to set the filter coefficient in a noise cancelling filter. A parameter adjuster adjusts the update parameter according to fluctuation of the reference signal produced from an output of a reference microphone.
VEHICLE INCLUDING NOISE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM HAVING AUTOMOTIVE AUDIO BUS (A2B) INTERFACE
A vehicle includes at least one sensor and a body having an exterior portion and an interior portion. The sensor is configured to detect noise existing in the exterior portion and the interior portion, and to output at least one noise signal indicative of the detected noise. The vehicle further includes at least one noise cancellation and enhancement (NCE) controller and an automotive audio bus (A2B) interface. One or more of the NCE controllers are configured to perform at least one noise management signal processing operation based on the at least one noise signal. The automotive audio bus (A2B) interface receives the at least one noise signal and delivers the at least one noise signal to the at least one NCE controller.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONTROLLING ADAPTIVE NOISE CONTROL GAIN
A method may include adaptively generating an anti-noise signal for countering the effects of ambient audio sounds at an acoustic output of the transducer by adapting a response of an adaptive filter that filters a reference microphone signal in conformity with an error microphone signal and the reference microphone signal to minimize the ambient audio sounds in the error microphone, generating a scaled anti-noise signal by applying a scaling factor to the anti-noise signal, further adjusting the response of the adaptive filter independent of a source audio signal by altering an input to the coefficient control block of the adaptive filter to compensate for the scaling factor, and combining the scaled anti-noise signal with the source audio signal to generate an audio signal provided to the transducer.
