Glove or handwear closure and tightening system for improved fit to a user's hand
The present invention relates to handwear or a glove to be worn on a user's hand. More particularly, the present invention relates to methods, systems, devices, and mechanisms for securing handwear or a glove to a user's hand. Even more particularly, the present invention relates to methods, systems, devices and mechanisms to create a custom fit of the handwear or glove to the user's hand in multiple dimensions or directions. The invention further relates to various types of fasteners and configurations adapted to create a multiple-dimension or multiple-direction custom fit securing the handwear or glove to the user's hand.
GLOVE WITH LACING SYSTEM
The invention relates to a size-adjustable glove (1) which has a thumb covering (4) and at least one first finger covering (5) that has a coupling element (25) in a saddle region between the thumb covering and the first finger covering, said coupling element being suitable for releasably securing the glove to a coupling device of a pole grip.
Oyster shucking mitt
Method and apparatus for a mitt for attachment to a hand of a user to facilitate the shucking of an oyster. The mitt is made of strong flexible material and includes a flat palm pad portion having a plurality of finger loops attached thereto so that the fingers of the hand of a user can be placed through the loops so that the palm pad portion can be held securely to the hand of the user. The palm pad includes a rear portion disposed near a wrist of a user having an adjustable strap attached thereto which encircles the wrist of the user for securing the mitt to the hand of the user and includes hook and loop material. A reinforcing planar member is attached to an underside of the palm pad portion for reinforcing the palm pad portion and for contacting and gripping the shell of an oyster.
GLOVE
A glove, in particular a work glove, having a palm section covering the palm of the hand, a back section covering the back of the hand and a trigger device. The trigger device is provided at the point on the glove which, when the glove is being worn, rests against the radial side of the metacarpophalangeal joint of the index finger of a user's hand. The glove has a band-like base body, which includes the palm section and the back section, wherein the trigger device is, at least for the most part, provided on a tongue of the base body, which protrudes on the finger side beyond at least one of the finger-side edge of the palm section and an imaginary extension of the finger-side edge of the palm section.
Tags for temporarily connecting two items
An apparatus includes a material, a first tag portion and a second tag portion. The material may be configured to be worn. The second tag portion may comprise a fastener. The first tag portion and the second tag portion may be attached near an opening of the material. When the material is worn, (a) the first tag portion may overlap the second tag portion and (b) the second tag portion may be between the first tag portion and the material. The fastener may be configured to removably attach to a complementary fastener on another of the apparatus.
Hand covering apparatus
In one embodiment, a hand apparatus, such as a glove or a mitten, with attachable securing members is disclosed. The hand apparatus can have a hand receiving portion, one or more finger portions, a thumb portion, and a body portion. The body portion comprises a dorsal side, a palm side, a first securing member, and a second securing member. The body portion can also comprise of a third securing member attached between the far side and near side of the body portion. The securing members can be attachable to the other securing members by fasteners.
Hand Immobilizing Dexterity Trainer Glove
A hand immobilizing dexterity trainer glove for improving non-dominant hand dexterity includes a glove body having a dorsal side, a ventral side, a thumb side, and a pinky side. The glove body has a wrist aperture, a finger aperture, and a hand cavity extending from the wrist aperture to the finger aperture. The glove body is configured to receive a dominant hand of a user and extend from below a wrist to past a second knuckle of each finger of the user while covering a thumb of the user entirely within the hand cavity. A wrist tightening mechanism is coupled to the glove body proximal the wrist aperture to tighten and alternatively loosen the wrist aperture. A finger tightening mechanism is coupled to the glove body proximal the finger aperture to tighten and alternatively loosen the finger aperture. The hand immobilizing dexterity trainer glove renders the user's dominant hand unusable.
ARM COVER GLOVE DEVICE FOR PROTECTING THE REMOVAL OF INTRAVENOUS ACCESS DEVICE AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
An arm cover glove device for protecting the removal of an intravenous access device includes a sleeve portion, a glove portion and a securing system. The sleeve portion is configured to go around an arm of a patient. The sleeve portion includes an open top end configured to receive and cover an arm of the patient into a hollow interior of the sleeve portion, and a bottom end. The glove portion is connected to the bottom end of the sleeve portion. The glove portion is configured to receive and cover the hand of the patient. The sleeve portion and the glove portion are configured to cover the intravenous access device while connected to the arm or hand of the patient. The securing system is configured to keep the patient from removing the arm cover glove device.
Twirling drummer glove
A drumstick twirling apparatus that includes a glove and an anteriorly mounted swivel assembly for attaching a drumstick at the palm area of the glove and allowing the drumstick to be twirled freely without finger manipulation.
Protective gear
A glove may include a hand body, the hand body being at least partially elastic, where the hand body defines a hand pocket configured to receive a user's hand, and a wrist body. The glove may also include a hand pad pocket formed in the hand body and configured to removably receive at least one hand pad, where the hand pad pocket is separated from the hand pocket by a separator, as well as a wrist padding pocket formed in the wrist body configured to removably receive a wrist pad. The hand pad pocket may be positioned in an interior of the glove.
