A pair of disposable hand coverings has a body formed of a front film layer and back film layer sealed together about a periphery to form a pair of opposing hand coverings each having a finger section at opposite closed ends and each having a wrist section with at least one line of weakening at the wrist sections to ease separating each of the pair of hand coverings.

A message-conveying athletic glove with enhanced gripping is provided. The glove comprises a palm-side portion and a back portion connected to form four finger sheaths, a thumb sheath, and an opening capable of receiving a human hand. A first image portion of a complete image is located on one or more of the palm-side portion or the back portion of the glove. When the glove is worn by the user and interlocks with a second glove having a second image portion of the complete image displayed, the complete image is displayed by the interlocked gloves, conveying a message. The palm-side portion of the glove is made of a material to enhance gripping.

According to an exemplary embodiment, a method for affixing a decorative element to a disposable glove may be provided. A decorative element may be provided for application on the glove. The decorative element may be printed on a suitable printing substrate. The substrate may then be placed against a designated area on the surface of the glove with the printed decorative element disposed between the substrate and designated area. The glove may be disposed on a rigid supporting member, providing a backing for the application of the decorative element. The decorative element may then be transferred from the substrate to a designated area on the surface of the supported glove.
