The Device has 3 attached hooks for the straps to pass through. The Ice Pouch of the Knee brace has a waterproof zipper. While in use, the Pouch is filled with ice or a coolant insert. When zipped completely, the pouch will contain and retain the ice or coolant. Pulling the Velcro straps through the hooks. The hooks are to help the device conform to the injured knee. The Knee brace, made of neoprene material conforms around the back of the injured knee about 8 inches above the back of the knee and 8 inches below the back of the knee then pulling the adjustable Velcro straps with comfortable tension to fit through the hooks to allow mobility while minimizing swelling with a quick method of icing the injured knee.

A heat exchanging pack comprises a substance receiving portion, a first strap receiving portion disposed adjacent a first side of the substance receiving portion, a second strap receiving portion disposed adjacent a second side of the substance receiving portion, and a strap configured for releasably coupling the heat exchanging pack to a portion of a body. The strap includes a first portion extending through the first strap receiving portion, a second portion extending between the first strap receiving portion and the second strap receiving portion, a third portion extending through the second strap receiving portion, and a fourth portion extending out from the first strap receiving portion. The second portion and the fourth portion of the strap are configured to extend at least partially around a portion of a user in need of treatment to releasably couple the heat exchanging pack to the portion of the user.

Other embodiments of the underwear are intended to be re-usable, in that the sanitary napkin can be replaced and/or the cooling pack(s) can be re-used. The cooling pack(s) can be sealed with one-time or reusable thermal material therein, or they can be resealable with replaceable thermal material.

The present invention relates to a multi-part safety closure for a hot-water bottle. The multi-part safety closure for a hot-water bottle comprises: at least one closure part (4) having an external screw thread (12) for screwing into an internal screw thread of a hot-water bottle and having a first force transmission element (6) for transmitting momentum for screwing the closure part (4) into an internal screw thread of a hot-water bottle (14) for sealing said bottle (14) in a water-tight manner and for unscrewing the closure part (4) from an internal screw thread (17) of a hot-water bottle (14); and a manual actuating element (2) having a second force transmission element (8) for introducing into the closure part (4) the momentum required to screw and unscrew the closure part (4) into and from an internal screw thread (17) of a hot-water bottle (14). According to the invention, the first force transmission element (6) and the second force transmission element (8) are designed to correspond in such a way that the closure part (4) and the hand actuating element (2) can be releasably coupled to one another, forming an operative connection.

A halo ice bag comprises a plurality of selectably sealable compartments. The selectably sealable compartments are joined one to another by an elastic and define a first end and a second end of the halo ice bag. A selectable closure can join the first end to the second end to define a closed loop. The elastic allows the halo ice bag to conform to the head of a wearer. An insulating layer and comfort layer prevent excess heat loss from the wearer's head and render the halo ice bag dry to the touch. The comfort layer may include a superabsorbent polymer or hydrogel.

A wearable device for at least one of icing, heating and compressing a user's body part is disclosed. The wearable device comprises an inner part and an outer part. The outer part is arranged with the inner part such that the outer part surrounds the inner part. A compartment is defined by the space between the outer part and the inner part and above the first attaching means. A compression force is provided by the second set of elastic properties compressing at least one of the hot element and the cold element against the user's body part thereby eliminating a second attaching means above the first attaching means within the compartment. At least one handle is in attachment with the outer part. The wearable device further comprises at least one band disposed on the outer part between the outer part upper end and outer part lower end.

The insulated pouch is configured to have an interior with a volume capable of fitting a human body therein. An opening located at least at one end of the insulated pouch. A plurality of pockets attached to the interior of the insulated pouch. An ice pack located within each of the plurality of pockets. In one instance the ice packs are removable from each pocket.
