INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND PROGRAM
To enable MMT format data to be recorded as BDAV format data in a medium, and a list of video-recorded contents to be displayed and reproduced by an application for BDAV. Data to be recorded in a playlist or clip information file defined in a BDAV format is extracted from MMT format data input on a broadcast wave or the like thereby to generate a data file thereof. For example, data applied to display a list of video-recorded contents is extracted from MMT-SI or TLV-SI in the MMT format data and recorded in the playlist or clip information file.
Audio-visual project generator
Embodiments disclosed herein enable a user to generate an audio-visual project. Certain embodiments enable a user to use one of a plurality of predefined templates to generate a project easily and quickly. Other embodiments enable a user to generate a custom project that gives more control to the user, compared to if the user selected one of the predefined templates. Each project includes one or more segments, which may be specified by a user directly, or may be specified by the template selected by the user. An effect is applied to each segment, wherein the effect specifies how many video and audio slots are included in the segment, if any, and can specify one or more other properties of the segment. Projects generated using embodiments disclosed herein can be saved and shared with other users.
Motion detection for A/V recording and communication devices
Audio/video (A/V) recording and communication devices according to the present embodiments comprise a processor, a motion sensor, and a camera. In various embodiments, the A/V recording and communication devices are configured to reduce latency and/or to reduce false positive indications of motion.
Method and apparatus for comprehensive vehicle system state capture
A system includes a processor configured to receive a capture instruction from a vehicle user. The processor is also configured to capture a plurality of center-stack display-related states responsive to the capture instruction. The processor is further configured to capture a predetermined amount of audio from a currently playing media source responsive to the capture instruction. The processor is additionally configured to store the captured center-stack related states and predetermined amount of audio in a record file and, responsive to selection of the record file, recreate a center stack display and audio output by respective reference to the display-related states and predetermined amount of audio stored in the record file.
System and method for presenting content with time based metadata
Systems and methods are described for presenting content with time-based metadata. Methods may comprise transmitting the time-based metadata to a playback device. The time-based metadata may comprise a plurality of time stamps that are triggerable at different points of a timeline of content and one or more of the time stamps may be associated with corresponding metadata content. The playback device may trigger a sequence of time stamps of the time-based metadata and the triggered sequence of time stamps may be synchronized with the occurrence of one or more events in the timeline of the content.
AUDIO RECORDING SYSTEM AND METHOD
The present disclosure provides a method and system of recording an audio event which comprises a plurality of audio sources. This comprises: synchronizing a plurality of audio recording devices prior to commencement of the audio event, each recording device being suitably disposed to record audio from a single audio source and operable to provide a single audio source recording for the duration of the audio event; receiving the single audio source recording provided by each of the said audio recording devices; and processing the plurality of received single audio source recordings to synchronously combining the plurality of single audio source recordings to construct a single audio event recording.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR GENERATING MEDIA ASSETS
There are provided methods and systems for media processing, comprising: providing a plurality of media asset sources, via a network to a user device; processing said plurality of media asset sources, wherein said processing comprises selecting at least one image asset at each of said media asset sources and detecting features at the selected image asset sources along the media asset sources frames; receiving via the network from the user device a media recording; processing said user media recording, wherein said processing comprises selecting at least one element in the media recording and applying the detected features on the at least one element; mixing the processed media assets with the processed media recording according to input data to yield one or multiple variations of mixed media assets.
METHOD, SYSTEM AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT FOR EDITING MOVIES IN DISTRIBUTED SCALABLE MEDIA ENVIRONMENT
A video player includes the user interface comprising: a video display; a texture strip visually representing a series of frames of a video, the texture strip comprising a sequence of textured frame representations, each textured frame representation in sequence of textured frame representations representing a corresponding frame from a series of frames; a control to allow a user to use the texture strip to seek frames in the series of frames in a random manner. An input is received via the control, the input including an indication of a selection of a location in the texture strip, the location in the texture strip having a corresponding temporal location in the series of frames. Based on the input, a frame selected from the series of frames is displayed in the video display, the selected frame located at the corresponding temporal location in the series of frames.
POST PRODUCTION REPLICATION OF OPTICAL PROCESSING FOR DIGITAL CINEMA CAMERAS USING METADATA
Recording images, including: receiving an optical effects selection, which indicates a selected optical effect to apply to raw image data capturing the images; receiving an optical effects parameter, which indicates how to apply the selected optical effects to the raw image data; storing the optical effects selection and the optical effects parameter as effects metadata; recording the raw image data using a sensor of the digital camera; marking the effects metadata with time information to associate the effects metadata with the recorded raw image data over time; applying the selected optical effect to the raw image data according to the optical effects parameter to create processed image data while preserving the recorded raw image data; and displaying the processed image data on a display of the digital camera. Key words include raw image data and effects metadata.
Video recording system and method
The present invention relates to a method of recording a video data stream, the method comprising: receiving a video data stream from a camera device; monitoring for an input from a user; in response to receipt of a first input from a user, commencing storage of the received video data stream in a data storage device; in response to receipt of a second input from a user, halting storage of the received video data stream in the data storage device;
in response to receipt of a third input from a user, halting storage of the received video data stream in the data storage device, deleting data stored in the data storage device since the last commencement of storage of the video data stream, and commencing further storage of the received video data stream in a data storage device. The present invention further relates to a video recording system for carrying out the aforementioned method.
