The sequential volumetric flowmeter includes a static measurement enclosure which is connected to a fluid inlet duct and a fluid outlet duct and in which a movable separator can move to form a variable input volume and a variable output volume, a mobile return spring tending to reduce the variable input volume, the minimum volume of which is fixed by a start-of-stroke static stop and a movable start-of-stroke stop; a bypass valve controlled by a valve actuator can put the variable input volume in communication with the variable output volume, and a displacement measurement unit informing a computer about the position of the movable separator.

A handheld solids dispenser. The dispenser includes a housing defining an inlet passage and an outlet passage. A delivery mechanism is supported within the housing and is positioned between the inlet passage and the outlet passage. Actuation of the delivery mechanism causes the delivery mechanism to transport a desired amount of solids material from the inlet passage to the outlet passage. The delivery member may be in the form of a plunger slidably positioned within the housing. The delivery mechanism may be in the form of a screw conveyor driven by a drive motor.

Disclosed are a method, device and system for a fluid flow meter. According to some embodiments of the present invention, a fluid flow meter that has a fluid pump to displace fluid with one or more pumping strokes of one or more pumping stroke types wherein each of the stroke types displaces a known volume of fluid from a fluid reservoir. A sensor functionally associated with the fluid reservoir and adapted to generate a signal indicative of a fluid pumping condition within the fluid reservoir, and circuitry to trigger one or a sequence of strokes of the pump in response to a signal from the sensor that the triggering condition within the fluid reservoir has been met.

The piston is coupled with a pushrod that reciprocates back and forth between two positions. The piston's position is tracked to measure the volume of fluid passing through the pump assembly. The pump assembly has two inlets, two outlets, two inlet passages, and two outlet passages. A first valve is positioned on the pushrod at a junction between the first inlet passage and first outlet passage. A second valve is positioned on the pushrod at a junction between the second inlet passage and second outlet passage. The pushrod can be positioned in a neutral position to simultaneously close both valves.

A dosing valve is provided for ejecting a liquid from a nozzle outlet channel. The dosing valve has a main body, a valve actuating element movable within the main body, and a valve closure element connected to or actuatable by the valve actuating element. The valve closure element is movable within a dosing chamber between an open position, in which it is lifted off from a nozzle sealing seat, and a closed position, in which it lies against the nozzle sealing seat. For the pneumatic activation of the dosing valve, a switching valve is provided by means of which a working chamber of the dosing valve can be selectively ventilated or charged with a pressurized fluid.
