Wound pad
Wound pads and systems and kits comprising wound pads whose total thickness can be modified by a user without the use of tools, comprising a plurality of separable layers having layer thicknesses less than the thickness of the wound pad. The wound pads may be used as wound fillers in the context of negative pressure wound therapy (also known as vacuum treatment, reduced pressure treatment).
Skin Closure Systems and Devices of Improved Flexibility and Stretchability for Bendable Joints
A system or device for skin closure comprises an elastic flat flexible tape elongated along a longitudinal axis and having a lower side and an opposing upper side, said tape having a pressure sensitive adhesive on at least a portion of the lower side, said tape having a plurality of openings arranged side-by-side with spaces between said openings oriented across the longitudinal axis.

Adjustable external fixing brace
A medical fixing brace, wherein at least one surface is provided with a plurality of step holes for mounting snap-fit seats and posts; the thickness of the mesh plate is made thinner at the step holes; and each of the step holes is assembled with some parts of the snap-fit seats and posts. According to the invention, the fixing brace can be used for both the left body and the right body, convenient for the doctor; the product does not absorb water and has no pad structure, so it is quick in drying after bathing, and it is good in comfort for the wearer; any pruritus and dermatitis can be avoided; and the external fixing brace according to the invention can be used for bone support of the upper limb, the neck, the chest, the waist, the lower limb and the like.
TWO LAYER WOUND DRESSINGS INCLUDING REMOVABLE UPPER LAYER
Wound dressings including a skin contact layer and a cover layer removably adhered to the top surface of the skin contact layer are described. The skin contact layer includes a lower substrate extending around a central aperture and a lower adhesive. The lower substrate includes a top surface and a bottom surface opposite the top surface. The lower adhesive is disposed on the bottom surface of the lower substrate. The cover layer substantially covers the central aperture of the lower substrate, and includes an upper substrate and a backing layer. An upper adhesive is positioned between the top surface of the lower substrate and a bottom surface of the backing layer. In embodiments, the cover layer can be removed and changed while the skin contact layer remains adhered to the skin around a wound.
CONFORMABLE MEDICAL DRESSING WITH SELF SUPPORTING SUBSTRATE
A medical dressing comprising a backing layer and a self-supporting substrate. The backing layers form a perimeter around the self supporting substrate and holds the self supporting substrate in place on a wound. The self supporting substrate comprises a valve. The adhesive article forms a sealed environment between the medical article and the surface surrounding the wound such that a negative pressure can be maintained in the sealed environment through the valve.
SELF CONTAINED WOUND DRESSING WITH MICROPUMP
A composite wound dressing apparatus promotes healing of a wound via the use of a micropump system housed within or above a wound dressing member. The micropump system includes a miniature pump that applies a subatmospheric pressure to the wound to effectively draw wound fluid or exudate away from the wound bed without the need for a cumbersome external vacuum source. Hence, the wound dressing and micropump system is portable which allows the patient mobility that is unavailable when an external vacuum source is used. The patient does not need to be constrained for any period of time while exudate is being removed from the wound.
Conformable medical dressing with self supporting substrate
A medical dressing comprising a backing layer and a self-supporting substrate. The backing layers form a perimeter around the self supporting substrate and hold the self supporting substrate in place on a wound.
NEGATIVE PRESSURE WOUND CLOSURE DEVICE AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF USE IN TREATING WOUNDS WITH NEGATIVE PRESSURE
Certain embodiments described herein are directed to an elongated layer of material and a lip to be placed in contact with a wound and the elongated layer of material to be wrapped around a wound filler, their methods of use and systems incorporating the same, wherein the wound filler lip is configured to be positioned beneath the fascia. Additionally, some embodiments described herein are directed to the closure of the wound and the use of attachment mechanisms on the elongate layer and lip to attach to the wound surface.
