TECHNOLOGIES FOR IMPROVED VISUALIZATION OF GAS LEAK DETECTION DATA
A visualization system for visualizing gas leak detection data including a processor in communication with at least one memory device is provided herein. The processor is configured to receive, from one or more sensors, gas measurement data for a plurality of measurement locations within a survey area; receive, from the at least one memory device, a geographic representation of the survey area; determine, based upon the gas measurement data, estimated gas source locations of the plurality of measurement locations; and apply a smoothing algorithm to the estimated gas source locations to create a multi-dimensional density plot.
PNEUMATIC LEAK DETECTOR WITH IMPROVED NOZZLE
A pneumatic leak detector operates by submerging a nozzle in oil. Airflow from the nozzle results in simultaneous cavitation and atomization of the oil. Microscopic oil droplets form a fog, which is used to detect leaks in closed duct systems. The integrated valve and nozzle includes a stem on one end for air input, the nozzle on the other end for air output, and a check valve between the stem and the nozzle to prevent the backflow of air or oil. The exterior body of the integrated valve and nozzle is a convex body wedge. A smaller concave wedge is cut at the orifice of the nozzle. The critical parameters of the nozzle are its orifice diameter, body wedge angle, orifice cut angle, and orifice cut depth, all of which have been optimized by experimentation to yield maximal fog density.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE INTEGRITY OF CONTAINERS BY OPTICAL MEASUREMENT
A method and system for determining an integrity of a container, including obtaining a pressure inside a container by producing, filling and/or sealing a container using heat or at cold conditions. Transmitting a light signal through a headspace of the container and determining, based on the transmitted light signal being detected, the integrity of the container.
END FITTING APPARATUS AND METHOD
An end fitting (400) for a flexible pipe is disclosed. The end fitting comprises a window (410) and a cavity (402) disposed in the end fitting radially inwards of the window and configured to be in fluid communication with an annulus of the flexible N pipe, wherein at least a portion of the cavity (402) is visible from the exterior of the end fitting via the window. The end fitting further comprises a dissolvable or dispersible material disposed within the cavity or in fluid communication with the cavity.
FLUID EVACUATION APPARATUS
A fluid evacuation apparatus comprising a platform which is configured to receive at least one component. The fluid evacuation apparatus further comprising a cover comprising a polymeric membrane, the cover configured to be placed over the at least one component and configured to sealingly engage the platform, thereby forming a chamber which defines a chamber volume. The fluid evacuation apparatus further comprising a pump connected to the apparatus and configured to pump fluid out of the chamber volume.
Gas sensor system
A gas sensing tube includes an outer surface, and an inner surface defining a passage. A sensor node is arranged along the sensing tube. The sensor node includes an inlet fluidically connected to the passage, an outlet fluidically connected to the passage, and an interior chamber arranged between the inlet and the outlet. A sensor cable extends along the sensing tube. The sensor cable includes a first conduit having a first connector coupled to the sensor node at the inlet and a second conduit having a second connector connected to the sensor node at the outlet. The sensor cable has a first conductor extending through the first conduit and being coupled to the first connector and a second conductor extending through the second conduit and being coupled to the second connector.
System and method of checking sealing of a brake caliper housing
A system and method of checking sealing of a brake caliper housing. The method may include determining a level of moisture in a cavity of a brake caliper housing with a sensor. In another configuration, the method may determine whether a detected pressure inside the cavity remains stable for a predetermined period of time.
QUICK DISCONNECT ADAPTER
A fitting assembly includes a fitting comprising a housing and a connector assembly arranged within the housing. The connector assembly comprising a hollow interior and configured to be movable between an unactuated position and an actuated position. In the actuated position, the connector assembly is connectable to a pipe receivable within the hollow interior. An adapter coupled to the fitting includes a biasing mechanism configured to bias the connector assembly from the actuated position to the unactuated position.
LEAK TEST MACHINE FOR VEHICLE RIM
A leak test machine for a vehicle rim includes a base that supports a lower sealing element receiving a first edge of the vehicle rim, and a closing element translatable along a translation direction. In an open configuration the closing element is not engaged with the base and allows insertion of the vehicle rim on the lower sealing element. In a closed configuration the closing element sealingly engages the base to define an outer chamber completely surrounding the vehicle rim. An upper sealing group sealingly engages the vehicle rim on an outer edge opposite to the first edge to define an inner chamber. A sealing group translation device moves the upper sealing group along the translation direction, the upper sealing group being supported in an articulated manner by the sealing group translation device to allow rotation of the upper sealing group around an axis incident to the translation direction.
DEVICE FOR ENGINE MONITORING
An air monitoring system measures tan amount of pollutant in the air. The system includes a plurality of air quality sensor devices arranged within a selected area. Each of the air quality sensor devices is configured to measure air pollutant levels in the selected area, and includes at least one sensor operatively coupled to a controller, wherein the controller is configured to receive a measured input from the at least one sensor. A wireless communication device is coupled to the controller, and is configured to communicate with a central server device.
