The inspection system includes: an inspection unit placeable on the placement table, and a determiner. The gas supply device includes: a gas supply section located in the placement table to be connectable to the container inflow section of the container; a gas supply pipe; and a supply gas flow rate controller to control a flow rate of the gas supplied to the gas supply section through the gas supply pipe, so as to be equal to a predetermined supply gas flow rate. The inspection unit includes: an inspection inflow section connectable to the gas supply section, and an inflow rate measurer to measure an inflow rate of the gas flowing thereto from the inspection inflow section.
Leak inspection device and leak inspection method
A leak inspection device includes an inspection mechanism that executes a first inspection process for compressing the insides of a first inspection chamber and a reference chamber, and inspecting the first inspection chamber for a pressure leak based on a differential pressure therebetween, and a second inspection process for compressing the insides of a second inspection chamber and the reference chamber, and inspecting the second inspection chamber for a pressure leak based on a differential pressure therebetween, a first pre-compression valve that opens and closes a first pre-compression path, and a control device that opens, during the execution of the first inspection process, the first pre-compression valve to pre-compress the second inspection chamber, and causes, in a state where the inside of the second inspection chamber is pre-compressed, the inspection mechanism to execute the second inspection process.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC LEAK DETECTION
An apparatus for automatic leak detection, including a chamber to enclose a test specimen. A vacuum pump is in selectable fluid communication via an adiabatic noise cancellation valve with the chamber. A pressure transducer determines a pressure in the test specimen and transmits a pressure signal to a controller. The controller is to control the adiabatic noise cancellation valve to cause the vacuum pump to draw a vacuum from a space between the test specimen and the chamber thereby creating an adiabatic noise cancelling condition in which a temperature of the test specimen is stabilized. The controller is to control a flow of a test gas into the test specimen, and to determine a pressure decay rate from the pressure signal. The controller is to determine if the test specimen meets a leak test specification based on the pressure decay rate under the adiabatic noise cancelling condition.
Leak Detection Device
A leak detection device operable to measure fluid leaks in an element to be tested that is positioned in a first enclosure. In one example, a measuring module is positioned in a second enclosure and connected to the first enclosure and the element to be tested by an aeraulic connection. At least one of the first enclosure and the measuring module are thermally insulated using an insulating material.

This disclosure relates to equipment utilized to manufacture chemical agents, particularly biopharmaceuticals, using Disposable Containers (DCs).
Bleeding air regulator control pneumatic circuit, and leakage detection system for testing a device under test
The present invention is a bleeding air regulator control pneumatic circuit for supplying air to a leakage detection system for testing a device under test for leakage. The bleeding air regulator control pneumatic circuit includes an air supply source having an outlet port for supplying compressed air to the leakage detection system; an air relay having a first port in fluid communication with the outlet port of the air supply source and a second port in fluid communication with an inlet of the leakage detection system; a pressure regulator having an inlet port in fluid communication with and connected at a point between the outlet port of the air supply source and the first port of the air relay, and an outlet port in fluid communication with and connected to a third port of the air relay; a bleed valve having a first port in fluid communication with a fourth port of the air relay and a second bleed port; and a flow control valve positioned between and in fluid communication with the air relay and the bleed valve.
Airtight test apparatus and airtight test method using the same
The present invention discloses an airtight test apparatus and an airtight test method using the same for testing an airtight property of a case assembled with a plurality of additional members thereon in which the case has through holes corresponding to the additional members. The airtight test apparatus comprises a base, a top plate and a plurality of sealing members selectively and detachably disposed on the top plate. The top plate is capable of moving towards the base to allow the sealing members to correspondingly seal the through holes. During test, the case is placed on the base to form a gas chamber, an air-extracting is performed for the gas chamber and an air pressure is detected. When the detected air pressure is larger than a predetermined value, the sealing members can be selectively utilized to seal the corresponding through holes for determining which through holes have poor airtight property.
Method for monitoring for a rupture in a fuel vapor container
A method for monitoring for a rupture in a storage element of a fuel tank system having a fuel tank includes: detecting, by a mass flow sensor, thermal conductivity of an unmoved air mass in a first line of the fuel tank system; and identifying a rupture in the storage element if the detecting by the mass flow sensor detects a change in the thermal conductivity of the unmoved air mass in the first line when a second valve is in a closed state and/or when an air pump is at a standstill.
