Device for inspecting a fibre-composite component for contaminations
A device and method for testing a fiber-composite component, which is to be processed by means of bonding, for the presence of at least one substance out of a selection of possible contaminants. A surface heating device for regional heating of a part-zone of the fiber-composite component to be bonded is performed for desorption of contaminants. A sensor array with a plurality of sensors detects contaminants in the gas phase, and a control device ascertains and signals contaminations which are found. An extractor device can be employed to extract machining dust from the fiber-composite component to a desorption device.

ANALYSIS OF A GAS DISSOLVED IN AN INSULATING MEDIUM OF A HIGH-VOLTAGE DEVICE
A method analyses a gas dissolved in an insulating medium of a high-voltage device. The method includes: transferring the dissolved gas by an analysis device into a gas phase to obtain an analysis gas mixture; transporting the analysis gas mixture to an analysis sensor of the analysis device; generating a sensor signal as an output signal of the analysis sensor as a function of a composition of the analysis gas mixture; determining a first intermediate value based on the sensor signal and at least one disturbance value; determining a second intermediate value based on the first intermediate value and at least one specific value of the analysis device; and determining a value for a concentration of the dissolved gas in the insulating medium based on the second intermediate value.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR OFF-GAS DETECTION
An off-gas detection system for mobile equipment includes an off-gas detection device, and a controller. The off-gas detection device is configured to removably couple with the mobile equipment. The off-gas detection device is configured to define a controlled flow path between an electrical energy storage device of the mobile equipment and an off-gas detector. The controller is configured to receive data from the off-gas detector regarding an air sample, determine a presence or concentration of off-gas within the air sample, and initiate one or more actions in response to determining the presence or concentration of off-gas in the air sample.
Evaporation closed chamber for detecting hazardous substance
An evaporation closed chamber for detecting hazardous substance, having a closed chamber, an orifice plate, a pressure plate, a drive device and an elastic film, the orifice plate is mounted on any surface(s) of the closed chamber, the elastic film is arranged on the outer side of the orifice plate, the pressure plate is arranged on the outer side of the elastic film, and the drive device is in transmission connection with the pressure plate to drive the pressure plate to move forwards and backwards to press the elastic film against the orifice plate. The elastic film expands with the increase of internal temperature of the closed chamber and shrinks with the temperature decrease of the closed chamber such that the gas in the closed chamber can be timely compensated; the orifice plate prevents hazardous substance from leaving on the gas compensation device to influence test accuracy.
Adapter assembly for attachment to a bottle
Various embodiments of the present disclosure describe systems and methods for testing samples (e.g., biological samples, environmental samples, food samples etc.) for microbial contamination. For example, some embodiments describe an adapter assembly with a means to penetrate a septum of a collection vessel and permit gaseous communication between a headspace of the collection vessel and a sensor. In some embodiments, the gases in the headspace of the collection vessel can exit the collection vessel without contaminating the environment outside the system or allowing sample contamination. In some embodiments, the adapter assembly includes a membrane configured to prevent liquid in the collection vessel from contacting the sensor. In some embodiments, the adapter assembly can be used to access media inside the collection vessel for subculturing or aliquotting for another diagnostic process such as molecular diagnostics.
