METHODS OF ASSESSING ANTIBODY-DRUG CONJUGATES
The present disclosure provides methods of assessing DAR of ADC products that provide advantages over known methods. Specifically, methods of the disclosure can be used in high-throughput applications and/or without having to dilute ADC samples during the assessment.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ASCERTAINING INFORMATION VIA REFLECTION OF BOTH VISIBLE AND NON-VISIBLE WAVELENGTH LIGHT FROM A SURFACE
An apparatus for assisting with determination of a surface condition of a road adjacent a vehicle, via both visible and non-visible wavelength light, is described. A housing enclosure includes a light-permeable lens. A visible wavelength light source for directing visible light through the housing enclosure and out through the light-permeable lens onto a surface of the road is provided. An non-visible wavelength light source for directing non-visible light through the housing enclosure and out through the light-permeable lens onto a surface of the road is provided. A light receiver is provided for receiving a return light signal of at least one of visible and non-visible light reflected from the of the road and responsively producing a received-light signal. A method of at least partially detecting a surface condition of a road adjacent a vehicle is also provided.
AN UNDERWATER ANALYSIS DEVICE FOR ANALYZING ABSORPTION CAPACITY OF WATER
The present invention is an underwater analysis device (10) for analyzing absorption capacity of water. Accordingly, the subject matter device is characterized by comprising a body (100) having a sealed first casing (110) which accommodates a sealed illumination window (111); a sealed second casing (130) which accommodates a sealed measurement window (131); a prismatic hollow water chamber (120) provided between said first casing (110) and said second casing (130) and arranged such that a first inlet (121) thereof faces said illumination window (111) and such that a second inlet (122) thereof faces said measurement window (131); said water chamber (120) comprises pluralities water transfer openings (123); said first casing (110) comprises a light emitting unit (113) arranged to emit test light from the illumination window (111) towards the measurement window (131); said second casing (130) comprises a light sensing unit (133) arranged to at least partially receive the test light passing through the water in the water chamber (120) and to embody in a manner generating signal in accordance with the density of the received test light components.
Methods of assessing antibody-drug conjugates
The present disclosure provides methods of assessing DAR of ADC products that provide advantages over known methods. Specifically, methods of the disclosure can be used in high-throughput applications and/or without having to dilute ADC samples during the assessment.
Surgical visualization platform
A surgical visualization system is disclosed. The surgical visualization system is configured to identify one or more structure(s) and/or determine one or more distances with respect to obscuring tissue and/or the identified structure(s). The surgical visualization system can facilitate avoidance of the identified structure(s) by a surgical device. The surgical visualization system can comprise a first emitter configured to emit a plurality of tissue-penetrating light waves and a second emitter configured to emit structured light onto the surface of tissue. The surgical visualization system can also include an image sensor configured to detect reflected visible light, tissue-penetrating light, and/or structured light. The surgical visualization system can convey information to one or more clinicians regarding the position of one or more hidden identified structures and/or provide one or more proximity indicators.
SLOPE SPECTROSCOPY STANDARDS
The present invention relates generally to a slope spectroscopy standards and methods of making slope spectroscopy standards, specifically standards and methods of developing standards specifically for variable pathlength (slope) measurements.
Robotically-assisted surgical suturing systems
A surgical suturing tracking system configured for use with a suturing needle is disclosed. The surgical suturing tracking system comprises a spectral light emitter, a waveform sensor, and a control circuit coupled to the waveform sensor. The control circuit is configured to cause the spectral light emitter to emit spectral light waves toward a suturing needle and a tissue structure, receive an input corresponding to the spectral light waves reflected by the needle and the tissue structure and determine a distance between the needle and the tissue structure based on the received input.
Slope spectroscopy standards
The present invention relates generally to a slope spectroscopy standards and methods of making slope spectroscopy standards, specifically standards and methods of developing standards specifically for variable pathlength (slope) measurements.
Non-destructive measurement unit of the gas concentration in sealed flexible containers and automatic filling and/or packaging line using such a unit
A non-destructive measurement unit of gas concentration in sealed containers and an automatic filling and/or packaging line using such a unit are provided. The flexible containers are at least partially optically transparent, and the measurement unit comprises a light source for emitting a light beam at a wavelength tunable with an absorption wavelength of a gas contained in the sealed flexible container. The light source directs the light beam toward at least one inspection area, and a detector detects at least a portion of the beam after the beam passes through the inspection area and outputs data representative of an absorption spectrum of the gas. Means for generating a head space of predefined width into the sealed flexible container is adapted to advance the sealed flexible container by an advancement path which crosses the inspection zone and to maintain the predefined width of the head space during the advancement.
