ASSEMBLY MECHANISM FOR FORMING AND ASSEMBLING A NECK TIE AND NECK TIE AND FOR AESTHTEIC ENHANCEMENT OF THE APPEARANCE OF A NECK TIE
A mechanism for forming and assembling a neck tie including a neck tie formed of three and for enhancement of the aesthetic appearance of a neck tie. The mechanism is a metallic component formed of two pieces and a metallic pin that connects three tie fabric portions together. The neck tie is formed of three fabric pieces that include: (1) the knot of the tie, (2) the string attaching the neck tie around the neck and (3) the body of the neck tie. The mechanism has an upper portion with two side tabs, left and right and a bottom portion with a central tab that connects in between the two side tab portions with a through hole through all of the three of the portions for the insertion of a metallic pin that is soldered at both ends after insertion through the opening of the three tabs. The middle tab is rounded and pivots within a rounded recess between the two upper side tab portions to provide a rotational or pivotal movement of the bottom portion with respect to the upper portion of the mechanism, it he first embodiment the neck tie material is permanently affixed by adhesive material or other known means to the inside of the mechanism. In a second embodiment the neck is removable and replace able form the mechanism and can be adjusted for different lengths depending on the needs of the wearer.

VARIABLE BOWTIE SYSTEM AND METHOD
Variable bowtie system and method providing half-bows of different colors which can be chosen and combined, even layered, as desired by the user for one wearing, and with a different choice or combination of colors for another wearing. Chosen half-bow units of desired colors are placed on a mounting-stud pair affixed to a neckband, and are removably secured with a retaining collar, which may also be provided in a variety of colors, resulting in a bowtie having the desired color or color combination for a particular wearing, which can be changed upon another wearing.
Modular interchangeable necktie
A modular necktie includes a knot enclosure having an attachment channel, a fabric stem that is configured to insert into the attachment channel, and a tie portion that is secured to the fabric stem such that the tie portion extends downwardly from the knot enclosure when the fabric stem is inserted into the attachment channel. The knot enclosure can couple to a wearer's shirt in various ways including via a recess that is configured to receive a button of a wearer's shirt or via lateral collar wings that allow a collar band or ratcheting strips to be used. Herein is described an invention comprising a customized bow tie of 2 basic parts: a bow strip and a neck band. The bow strip may be pre-tied or otherwise, and is held in shape by a tubular bow loop, located in the center of the tied bow strip. The neck band portion has an unrestricted path through the bow strip. The neck band is not adjustable. It is customized to the size of wearer and does not employ hook and pile fabric fasteners. The absences of any fasteners, means no need to employ dexterity needed to adjust fasteners and hooks and also eliminates bulk in shirt collar.
