A method is also provided to be implemented in this device or this apparatus.
Pill inspection apparatus and pill inspection method
A pill inspection apparatus of the present invention includes: an illumination portion 30 for irradiating light to a medical envelope 20 in which at least a translucent pill 22 is enclosed; an imaging portion 11 for acquiring a transmission image of the irradiated medical envelope 20; and an image processing portion 12 for detecting, as the translucent pill 22, a pill having a brightness value of its outer periphery lower than that of its center using the transmission image, the illumination portion 30 includes a light emitting portion 31, and a light-collecting portion 33 for collecting light is provided between the light emitting portion 31 and the medical envelope 20. By obtaining a uniform outline of the translucent pill 22 irrespective of a shooting position, it is possible to inspect the translucent pill 22 irrespective of a permeation rate.
AUTOMATED OPTICAL INSPECTION TOOL
An automated optical inspection tool for inspection of a diffuser includes one or more illumination sources to illuminate an opening structure in the diffuser, and a video microscope unit (VMU) comprising a fixed lens to magnify light reflected from the opening structure. The automated optical inspection tool further includes an optics device comprising a variable focus lens positioned to receive light magnified by the fixed lens, the optics device to focus at different focal depths by varying the variable focus lens, and a camera positioned to receive light as magnified by the fixed lens of the VMU and as focused by the different focal depths of the variable focus lens to capture a series of images of the opening structure in the diffuser.
Single pass automated vehicle inspection system and method
A vehicle inspection system that images and assesses an automobile or truck during a single passage through an inspection area. Undercarriage, tire, and body imaging assemblies activate at coordinated times to optimally capture photos detailing the vehicle underbody, wheel, and profile views. The system improves imaging precision through targeted illumination and sensor arrays tailored to respective inspection zones. A computational core synchronizes aggregate sensor output to amalgamate a comprehensive perspective of the vehicle with minimized throughput timing. Automated analysis then identifies any defects, wear, or damage across imaging clusters. The system facilitates expedited assessment to categorize large vehicle pool conditions via an integrated mechanics-free apparatus requiring only conventional operator access.
Particulate matter detection apparatus
The present invention discloses a particulate matter detection apparatus, which comprises a gantry, a protect bar, a light emitter and a light receiver, there is a gap between the protect bar and the glass substrate to be detected, the gap has a predetermined height, the light emitter and the light receiver are located at the opposite sides of the glass substrate respectively. The particulate matter detection apparatus can detect particulate matter on the surface of glass substrates, such that the mask will not scraped and thus damaged by particulate matter.
Method of manufacturing liquid crystal display device and inspection device
A method of manufacturing a liquid crystal display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention includes forming field generating electrodes on at least one of a lower display substrate and an upper display substrate, forming alignment layers on the lower display substrate and the upper display substrate, forming a liquid crystal layer including liquid crystal molecules between the lower display substrate and the upper display substrate, electric-field exposing the liquid crystal layer to pretilt the liquid crystal molecules of the liquid crystal layer, and measuring pretilt angles of the liquid crystal molecules after the electric-field exposing.
Automated optical double-sided inspection apparatus
An automated optical double-sided inspection apparatus includes a first image-capturing portion, a second image-capturing portion, a platform, a first light-blocking portion, a second light-blocking portion, and a processing portion. The platform carries an external object. When the processing portion operates in a first capturing mode, the second light-blocking portion blocks visible light from passing therethrough, while the first light-blocking portion allows visible light to pass therethrough, so that the first image-capturing portion shoots a first side of the external object through the first light-blocking portion to obtain a first image. When the processing portion operates in a second capturing mode, the first light-blocking portion blocks visible light from passing therethrough, while the second light-blocking portion allows visible light to pass therethrough, so that the second image-capturing portion shoots a second side of the external object through the second light-blocking portion to obtain a second image.
