OPTICAL INSPECTION OF PULP BOTTLES
The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for optically inspecting a pulp bottle. The apparatus comprises a lighting device having an opening, wherein a mouth of the pulp bottle can be arranged below the opening of the lighting device; and a camera which is configured to take an image of at least a part of an inner wall of the pulp bottle through the opening of the lighting device or from the opening of the lighting device, wherein the pulp bottle can be arranged such that the part of the inner wall of the pulp bottle is illuminated by the lighting device. The present disclosure further provides a method for optically inspecting a pulp container, in particular a pulp bottle.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR EXAMINING CONTAINERS FOR IMPURITIES
A device for inspecting containers for foreign substances, including at least one sampling head, wherein by means of the at least one sampling head, a quantity of a first fluid is introducible into the at least one container contactlessly via an opening of the sampling head by means of a fluid introduction device and wherein by means of the sampling head, a quantity of a second fluid to be inspected for foreign substances is contactlessly removable from the at least one container, a measuring cell for optically inspecting the second fluid is at least partially arranged in the sampling head, preferably wherein an analysis device for analyzing the second fluid for foreign substances is arranged, which is connected to the measuring cell, in particular by means of an optical connection, in particular wherein the analysis device and the measuring cell are designed to determine foreign substances by means of UV spectroscopy of the second fluid and/or that a sorting device is arranged, which is designed to sort out containers deviating from a previously defined result on the basis of a result from the analysis device, in particular wherein the sorting device is designed to feed the containers again at least once for the inspection for foreign substances.
INSPECTION OF CONTAINERS
An apparatus for inspecting empty containers in order to detect dirt therein is disclosed. A radiation source generates exciting radiation, and the exciting radiation is directed onto the inner wall of a container and excites dirt to be detected in such a way that the dirt emits luminescent radiation. At least one device detects the luminescent radiation emitted by the dirt, and another device analyzes the detected luminescent radiation. Also disclosed is a corresponding method for inspecting empty containers in order to detect dirt therein.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR INSPECTING CONTAINERS
An apparatus for inspecting containers in a container treatment machine includes an optical probe, for detecting surface irregularities. The probe is formed as an optical coherence tomography probe providing in-plane resolution and/or volume resolution.
Three dimensional optical sensing through optical media
A method of optical sensing comprising generating optical data associated with an object of interest, generating non-optical data associated with the object of interest, and analyzing the optical and non-optical data.
ROBOTIC SYSTEM FOR PERFORMING PATTERN RECOGNITION-BASED INSPECTION OF PHARMACEUTICAL CONTAINERS
A robotic inspection platform comprises a robotic arm, an imager, and a controller. The controller causes the robotic arm to retrieve, using its end effector, a container, and to manipulate the container such that the container is sequentially placed in a plurality of orientations while in view of the imager. The controller also causes the imager to capture images, with each of the images being captured while the container is in a respective one of the orientations. The controller also determines one or more attributes of the container, and/or a sample within the container, by analyzing the images using a pattern recognition model and, based on the attribute(s), determines whether the container and/or sample satisfies one or more criteria. If the container and/or sample fails to satisfy the criteria, the controller causes the robotic arm to place the container in an area (e.g., bin) reserved for rejected containers and/or samples.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING PLASTICS MATERIAL PREFORMS WITH SPECTRAL ANALYSIS DEVICE
An apparatus for producing plastics material containers has a production device having a plurality of production units for producing plastics material preforms, a forming device having a plurality of forming stations for forming the plastics material preforms into the plastics material containers and a transport device for transporting the plastics material preforms produced by the production device to the forming device. The apparatus has a spectral analysis device for inspecting and/or analyzing at least one area of the plastics material preforms produced by the production device, arranged between the production device and the forming device. The spectral analysis device is configured for spectral analysis of the radiation impinging thereon.
Method for monitoring the compliance of a container and apparatus thereof
A method for monitoring the compliance of a container having a substantially cylindrical shape includes: rotating the container about its longitudinal axis; illuminating the rotating container with a first light source having a first wavelength, thereby generating a first image representative of any incohesive particles that may be present on an inner and/or outer surface of the container; illuminating the rotating container with a second light source having a second wavelength, thereby generating a second image representative of any defects on the surface of the container; acquiring the first image by means of a first acquisition device; acquiring the second image by means of a second acquisition device; comparing the first image and the second image with reference parameters, and notifying any defects of the container as a function of the comparison; wherein the first light source has a different wavelength than the second light source.
Inspection apparatus and inspection method
The present invention is an inspection apparatus for inspecting a container including a light-transmittable transparent portion and configured to house a wafer, the apparatus including: a flat lamp provided to irradiate a portion to be inspected including at least a part of the transparent portion of the container with light; and a camera provided to face the flat lamp across the portion to be inspected of the container and configured to image the portion to be inspected so as to detect a foreign matter and/or a defect in the portion to be inspected of the container. This can provide an inspection apparatus and inspection method that can inspect whether a foreign matter or a defect is present inside a wafer container more certainly than visual inspection by a person.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR COATING, CLEANING, AND INSPECTING PHARMACEUTICAL CONTAINERS FOR PARTICLES AND DEFECTS
The present disclosure relates to methods and systems for coating pharmaceutical vessels. e.g. with a coating set that includes an oxygen barrier layer, that reduce the amount of particles present on the coated vessels. The present disclosure also relates to methods and systems for removing particles from vessels, e.g. after a coating is applied to an inner surface of the vessel. The present disclosure also relates to methods and systems for inspecting pharmaceutical vessels for particles prior to filling using machine-based visual analysis. Each of the above may be controlled and performed by one or more processors, thereby enabling a fully automated coating, cleaning, and/or inspecting operation for pharmaceutical vessels.
