Chromatographic Data System Processing Apparatus
A chromatographic data system processing apparatus includes a liquid feeder, a sample injector, a column that separates samples, a detector, a controller that processes a detected result of the detector, and a data processor that examines and sets operations of the liquid feeder, the column and the detector, and a measurement condition. The data processor generates a three-dimensional graph having three axes related to a pressure, a time, and a number of theoretical plates based on data or variables indicating a relationship between the number of theoretical plates and a flow rate, and data or variables indicating a relationship between the pressure and the flow rate. The chromatographic data system processing apparatus can easily obtain a separation condition for obtaining performance from a three-dimensional graph including a pressure drop, a hold-up time and a number of theoretical plates.
Analytical Method and Analytical System
An analytical method and an analytical system capable of more accurate analysis, in which a sample is analyzed by a capillary electrophoresis technique in which a voltage is applied to a sample solution introduced to a micro flow path, a separation analysis is performed for a component contained in the sample solution, and an optically measured value corresponding to an elapsed time after starting a measurement is measured. The analytical method comprises: a process of determining an interface arrival time point, based on the optically measured value when an interface between the sample solution and a migration liquid reaches a predetermined measurement position in the micro flow path; and a process of identifying the component contained in the sample solution using the optically measured value at the elapsed time after the interface arrival time point.
METHODS FOR MONITORING CHROMATOGRAPHY RESINS DURING CONTINUOUS CHROMATOGRAPHY OPERATION
Methods for the monitoring of quality and efficiency of chromatography columns operated in continuous mode without disruption of column operation by monitoring buffer change followed by smoothing and derivation of the recorded values.
DATA PROCESSING DEVICE FOR COMPREHENSIVE TWO-DIMENSIONAL CHROMATOGRAPH
A two-dimensional chromatogram creator creates a two-dimensional chromatogram based on data obtained for each of two samples. A chromatogram difference calculator creates a two-dimensional differential chromatogram showing the intensity difference between the two two-dimensional chromatograms. A blob detector detects blobs on each chromatogram. A matching-blob extractor compares the blobs located on the differential chromatogram with those located on each of the two other chromatograms, to extract blobs which can be considered to be located at the same temporal position. If there are two blobs extracted at the same temporal position on the two chromatograms, a normalized value of the intensity difference between the two blobs is calculated, and the line type of the boundary line for indicating the extracted blob on the display is chosen according to that value. Important blobs having significant intensity differences on the two chromatograms being compared can be automatically selected and presented to analysis operators.
GAS SENSOR
Disclosed herein is a gas sensor that includes: a sensor part configured to generate a gas detection signal according to a concentration of a gas to be measured; a differential amplifier configured to amplify a difference between the gas detection signal and a reference voltage to generate a differential signal; and a control circuit configured to generate an output signal indicating the concentration of the gas to be measured based on the differential signal. When the concentration of the gas to be measured falls below a threshold value corresponding to a level of the differential signal that is determined to be a concentration of the gas to be measured under normal conditions, the control circuit is configured to correct the reference voltage.
Method and system for differentiation of tea type
Disclosed are a tea type differentiation method and system, belonging to the technical field of detection. The method comprises: building a differentiation function by using ionic strengths of 20 compounds as evaluation indexes to discriminate tea types. According to the disclosure, the tea types are discriminated by using relative abundance of 20 compounds in tea, problems in sensory differentiation can be solved, the tea is classified more objectively and scientifically, and the reliability and accuracy of differentiation results are improved. By using three algorithms, the feasibility and accuracy of using 20 discovered compounds for tea type differentiation in a combined manner are validated.
