In various aspects, the complex extract can be an extract obtained from one or more plants, e.g., an extract obtained from green tea leaves. The present disclosure pertains to compositions obtained by the disclosed methods, nutraceutical compositions comprising same, pharmaceutical compositions comprising same, and methods of treating various conditions, including physiological dysfunctions associated with elevated reactive oxygen species and/or inflammatory molecule, e.g., TNFα, expression using same. This abstract is intended as a scanning tool for purposes of searching in the particular art and is not intended to be limiting of the present disclosure.

A controller (50) of a liquid chromatograph (1) is configured to execute, as an analysis operation in an analysis unit (3), a sample injection step of bringing a high-pressure valve (10) into a loading state, sucking a sample from a tip of a needle (12) to hold a sample in a sampling channel (2), then connecting the sampling channel (2) to an injection port (16) and bringing the high-pressure valve (10) into an injecting state, and supplying a mobile phase from a liquid supplier (6), thereby injecting a sample held in the sampling channel (12) into an analysis channel (4), and an analysis step of separating components of a sample injected into the analysis channel (4) in a separation column (14) by bringing the high-pressure valve (10) in the loading state and supplying the mobile phase from the liquid supplier (6) after the sample injection step is ended. In a case where at least a predetermined condition is satisfied, after the analysis step is ended, the controller is configured to execute, as the analysis operation, a system cleaning step of cleaning a liquid flowing route from the sampling channel (2) to the analysis channel (4) by connecting the sampling channel (2) to the injection port (16) and bringing the high-pressure valve (10) into the injecting state, and supplying the mobile phase and/or a cleaning liquid from the liquid supplier (6).

A first reference line that is a regression line obtained from data within a predetermined range including a starting point of a peak detected from data of a graph showing changes in intensity with respect to a parameter, a second reference line that is a regression line obtained from data within a predetermined range including a ending point of the peak, and a third reference line connecting the starting and ending points, and one or more intermediate control points in a triangle defined by the first, second, and third reference lines are determined; and a Bezier curve between the starting point and the ending point is created to be determined to be a baseline of the peak, the Bezier curve being determined by control points of the starting point, the one or more intermediate control points, and the ending point in order on a parameter axis.
Noise level estimation method, measurement data processing device, and program for processing measurement data
A method includes: performing a time-frequency analysis on measurement data to obtain waveform data representing a temporal change in the intensity of each of a plurality of frequency components; dividing the waveform data of each of a plurality of predetermined frequencies into a plurality of segments so that each section where positive values successively occur and each section where negative values successively occur in a time-axis direction are defined as one segment; calculating the area of each of the segments to obtain segment values; creating, for the waveform data of each of the predetermined frequency components, a selected segment group by excluding a segment whose segment value exceeds a predetermined reference value from the segments in the waveform data; and determining a noise level of each of the predetermined frequency components based on the average value of the segment values of the segments included in the selected segment group.
