Provided are a method of and an apparatus for formulating a multicomponent drug capable of surely making a multicomponent drug meeting criteria for productization with high accuracy into a product. The method and apparatus obtain a chromatogram from an extract or a base of a multicomponent drug, evaluate whether the base meets the criteria for productization based on the obtained chromatogram with high accuracy, and subject the base determined in the high-accuracy evaluating as an accepted one meeting the criteria to dosage form processing, to produce a formulated drug having a given dosage form. The high quality evaluation is realized by performing peak assignment of a target fingerprint obtained from a chromatogram to a reference fingerprint with high accuracy.

METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING FINGERPRINT OF XIN SU NING CAPSULE AND FINGERPRINT

The present invention provides a method for constructing a fingerprint of a Xin Su Ning capsule and a fingerprint. The method includes: S1: taking contents of Xin Su Ning capsules of different batches, adding a methanol aqueous solution, and performing ultrasonic extraction to obtain test article solutions; S2: injecting the test article solutions into a high performance liquid chromatograph, performing gradient elution, performing chromatographic analysis, and recording chromatograms from 0 to 140 min; S3: importing the chromatograms into a traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system to obtain a fingerprint; and S4: performing mass spectral analysis on the test article solutions, and determining chemical constituents of chromatographic peaks in the fingerprint according to results of the mass spectral analysis. The method for constructing a fingerprint of a Xin Su Ning capsule provided in the present invention has advantages of simple, stable and high precision and good reproducibility.

A method for determining a degree of doneness of a sturgeon meat based on flavor fingerprinting and a partial least squares (PLS) regression is provided. The method determines the degree of doneness of a sturgeon meat sample and predicts a flavor characteristic based on gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (GC-IMS) data and a linear regression equation of the sturgeon meat sample. The method includes conducting headspace (solid-phase) micro-extraction of sturgeon meat samples with different degrees of doneness, conducting a qualitative analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), analyzing fingerprinting by GC-IMS, establishing a regression prediction model by performing a regression on a myofibrillar protein extraction ratio and a number of different types of volatile flavor substances, comparing characteristic regions acquired by the fingerprinting, conducting a principal component analysis (PCA), and determining, by the prediction model, a doneness degree and a flavor characteristic of a target sturgeon meat sample effectively.
