The first support and the second support are terminally connected to each other at an angle, wherein the angle can be an acute, right, or obtuse angle. The at least one design body is adjacently connected to the first support and the second support thus providing the design element for the shirt collar attachment. The first collar attachment is terminally connected to the first support, opposite of the second support. The second collar attachment is terminally connected to the second support, opposite of the first support. Collectively, the first collar attachment and second collar attachment are able to secure the shirt collar attachment to the corners of the shirt collar, providing an alternative to necktie and variants neckwear.

A shirt and tie combination and related method and embellishments thereof, comprising: a tie permanently affixed along part of a tie-to-neck mount collar thereof, to a shirt collar of a shirt, along a tie-to-shirt attachment region; the tie-to-neck mount collar comprising a pair of separable mating halves with mating fasteners thereof, which provide a side neck opening when not mated and close the side neck opening when mated, situated along the tie-to-neck mount collar at other than the tie-to-shirt attachment region; and a remainder of the tie forming a visual fashion appearance of the tie, permanently connected to the tie-to-neck mount collar; wherein: a user is enabled to don the shirt and tie combination by putting the user's arms through sleeves of the shirt while a front of the shirt is unfastened and the mating halves are not mated, fastening the front of the shirt, and mating the mating halves.

A necktie holder for securing, around the neck of a wearer, an article of clothing having first and second ends includes: a central portion defining a channel that passes through the necktie holder, the central portion having first and second sides; and first and second wings extending, respectively, from the first and second sides of the central portion. The first and second wings each are arranged with respect to the central portion so that the necktie holder formed by the central portion and the first and second wings is the shape of a knot of a necktie. The channel is configured to permit the first and second ends of the article of clothing to slideably, snugly, and adjustably interact with the channel, whereby the necktie holder can be drawn upwardly over the first and second ends of the article of clothing toward the neck of the wearer.
