A reagent container 12 for an automatic analysis apparatus has a first opening 27 used for sucking reagent and a second opening 28 used for the filling of the reagent. The second opening 28 is provided with an attachable/detachable lid 29. The lid 29 is provided with an air vent 33, a first shield plate 30 and a second shield plate 31 for preventing spattering of the reagent through the air vent 33 due to a wave motion of the reagent.
AUTOMATED CLINICAL ANALYZER SYSTEM AND METHOD
An analyzer system for in vitro diagnostics includes a sample handler module having a robot arm that delivers samples from drawers into carriers on a linear synchronous motor automation track. Samples are delivered via the automation track to individual track sections associated with individual analyzer modules. Analyzer modules aspirate sample portions directly from the sample carriers and perform analysis thereon.
AUTOMATIC BIOCHEMICAL ANALYZER
An automatic biochemical analyzer, comprises a reaction wheel comprising an inner ring and an outer ring, wherein the reaction wheel is equally divided into multiple cuvette positions along a circumferential direction; the inner ring and the outer ring, respectively, each have a photoelectric detection position, a sample injecting position, a reagent injecting position, a sample stirring position, a reagent stirring position, and a cuvette cleaning position; the photoelectric detection position of the inner ring and the photoelectric detection position of the outer ring have a cuvette position interval of N along a counterclockwise or clockwise direction; and the sample injecting positions, the reagent injecting positions, the sample stirring positions, and the reagent stirring positions of the inner ring and the outer ring, respectively, have a cuvette position interval of M along the same direction, M and N being natural numbers, and the difference between M and N being 0 or 1.
Automatic analyzer
To clean a reagent probe 7a, 8a or a sample probe 11a, 12a with a heated cleaning solution, after a first cleaning solution is caused to overflow from a first cleaning container 23 or a second cleaning container 24, the first cleaning solution is temporarily drawn back into the cleaning-solution heating passage 125 to be heated by the heating mechanism 123. After the heating, the first cleaning solution thus heated is re-supplied to the first cleaning container 23 or the second cleaning container 24. As a result, the cleaning solution heated to clean a dispensing probe can be supplied to a cleaning bath with efficiency.
Automatic analyzer
A high-throughput automatic analyzer integrates a biochemical analysis section and a blood coagulation analysis section. The analyzer is capable of achieving a reduction in size, system cost, and lifecycle cost. The automatic analyzer includes: a reaction disk; a first reagent dispensing mechanism that dispenses a reagent to reaction cells on the reaction disk; a photometer that irradiates a reaction solution in the reaction cell with light; a reaction cell cleaning mechanism; a reaction vessel supply unit that supplies a disposable reaction vessel for mixing and reacting a sample and a reagent with each other; a second reagent dispensing mechanism that dispenses a reagent to the disposable reaction vessel; a blood coagulation time measuring section that irradiates a reaction solution in the disposable reaction vessel with light to detect transmitted or scattered light; and a sample dispensing mechanism that dispenses a sample to the reaction cell and the disposable reaction vessel.
Device and associated methods for performing luminescence and fluorescence measurements of a sample
Apparatuses and methods of optically analyzing fluid within a pipette are described herein. In an embodiment, an optical reader subassembly includes a pipette configured to aspirate and hold a fluid sample within its tip, a housing configured to receive at least the tip of the pipette through a reentrant seal so that the tip of the pipette is located in a light tight manner within an internal area, a light source positioned to be in proximity to the tip of the pipette when the tip of the pipette is received by the housing, the light source configured to project light through the tip of the pipette and onto the fluid sample held within the tip, and an optical sensor configured to take a reading of the fluid sample held within the tip of the pipette without any of the fluid sample being injected from the pipette.
Automatic analyzer and automatic analysis method
An automatic analyzer includes a plurality of storage container holding units, a dispensing container holding unit, a plurality of dispensing devices, a dispensing abnormality detector, and a drive control unit. The plurality of dispensing devices each include a dispensing probe. The dispensing abnormality detector is provided in each dispensing device. The drive control unit is configured to control driving of each dispensing device based on a detection result of the dispensing abnormality detector. If a dispensing device in which an abnormality is detected is a first dispensing device, the drive control unit is configured to cause a dispensing process of a cycle in which the abnormality is detected to be performed again. If the dispensing device in which the abnormality is detected is not the first dispensing device, the drive control unit is configured to end the dispensing process of the cycle and start the next cycle.
Sample test automation system
The present invention is provided with: an automatic analysis device 200 for performing an analysis process to analyze a specimen that is to be analyzed; a specimen pre-processing module 100 for performing pre-processing to cause the specimen to enter a state in which the analysis process can be performed; a main conveyance line 161 for conveying a specimen container carrier 10 which accommodates the specimen that is to be analyzed and in which at least one specimen container can be mounted; and annular conveyance lines 111, 121, 131, 141, 151, 411 that are disposed adjacent to the main conveyance line 161 and that are moreover disposed so as to be capable of transferring the specimen container carrier 10 to and from the main conveyance line 161, the annular conveyance lines 111, 121, 131, 141, 151, 411 being capable of circulating and conveying the specimen container carrier 10 separately without the use of another conveyance line (e.g., a return line 162). This makes it possible to maintain flexibility in conveyance of specimens while suppressing increases in device surface area.
