Method for measuring systemic chronic inflammaging
Provided herein is a method for measuring the levels of chronic inflammaging (SCI) of a subject. In some embodiments, the method may comprise measuring the amount of two or more of the proteins C-X-C motif ligand 9 (CXCL9), TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL), interferon gamma (IFNG), eosinophil chemotactic protein (EOTAXIN) and growth-regulated alpha protein (GROA) in a sample (e.g., blood serum) from the subject calculating a score based on the weighted amounts of each of those proteins.
COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR ANALYSIS, DETECTION, AND TREATMENT OF MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS
The present disclosure relates to materials and methods for prognostic classification of multiple sclerosis patients. In particular, provided herein are biomarkers and methods of uses thereof for stratifying patients with multiple sclerosis. The methods described herein facilitate selection of an appropriate treatment for a subject.
Method for diagnosing and treating fibromyalgia
The invention provides methods, kits and reagents for diagnosing fibromyalgia (FM) in an individual by determining whether the levels of one or more cytokines in the individual are altered, as compared to control levels. The altered level(s) or patterns of expression of the cytokines measured in the affected individual compared to the level from the control is predictive/indicative of FM in the individual.
METHODS OF DETECTING AND TREATING CEREBRAL ANEURYSMS
The present disclosure provides a whole blood, protein-based diagnostic test for presence and evaluation of aneurysm status. Further, the present disclosure relates to methods of treating aneurysms.
Methods of detecting and treating cerebral aneurysms
The present disclosure provides a whole blood, protein-based diagnostic test for presence and evaluation of aneurysm status. Further, the present disclosure relates to methods of treating aneurysms.
Methods for Diagnosing and Treating Vestibular Schwannoma
Compositions, methods, and kits are provided for diagnosing and treating vestibular schwannoma. In particular, biomarkers associated with tumor growth and hearing loss have been identified that may be useful for diagnosing vestibular schwannoma and aid in determining the timing of tumor resection. These biomarkers can be used alone or in combination with one or more additional biomarkers or relevant clinical parameters in prognosis, diagnosis, or monitoring treatment of vestibular schwannoma.
