Therapeutic Joint Compression, Comfort, Cooling, and Heating Compress Pad and Wrap
A versatile therapeutic joint compression, comfort, cooling, and heating compress pad and wrap consisting of a dome shaped receptacle member designed to hold a hot or cold compress pack or with a gel insert that is neither heated nor cooled, in an interior compartment, as well as a crescent shaped compression flange member, the combination of the dome (cap) and flange (brim) forming a structure similar to a baseball cap, and additionally a plurality of flexible straps to affix or secure the cap and brim to a variety of human joints such as a knee, heel, elbow, or shoulder for treating a great variety of medical conditions relating thereto.
KINESIOLOGY SUPPORT TAPE
In one embodiment, an anatomical support device includes an elongate body. The elongate body includes a first portion extending along a longitudinal axis between a first end and an oppositely positioned second end, a first wing extending transversely from the first portion, and a second wing extending transversely from the first portion. An adhesive material is positioned on at least a portion of one side of the elongate body. The elongate body is rigid in a first direction extending in-line with the longitudinal axis and is stretchable in a second direction extending transversely to the longitudinal axis.
Foot sleeve
A sleeve for use with a foot, the sleeve including a compression portion operable to apply compression to the midfoot region of the foot. The foot sleeve further includes a raised heel support portion for abutment with the base of the heel region of the foot, and a ball portion for abutment with the ball region of the foot. The thickness of the raised heel support portion is greater than the thickness of the ball portion. The foot sleeve can be used for the treatment of plantar fasciitis.
Foot prosthetic
A foot prosthetic having a pressure relieving, weight distribution pad having a convex surface and a concave surface. The pad includes a central portion having a maximum thickness, the pad gradually tapering from the central portion to an outer peripheral edge thereof, the pad providing a cushioning for the foot. An adhesive layer is formed on the concave surface. During use, the concave surface is affixed to a selected portion of the user's foot thus conforming to the unique shape of the selected portion of the user's foot. The gradual tapering provides a smooth transition being formed between the pad and the user's foot at the outer peripheral edge.

A material includes a support layer comprising a woven fiber layer less than 30 mils thick. The support layer includes an elongate strap support. The support layer has a ratio of elongation to tensile strength (lb/in-width) that is less than 0.9 in a first direction and greater than 0.9 in a perpendicular second direction. The material additionally includes an adhesive layer on said support layer for adhesive attachment of said support layer to the outer skin surface of a user and a removable cover layer on said adhesive layer. The system comprises a primary support strap split at both ends; a secondary support strap split at one end; and a cover support strap; wherein the straps are applied to a foot such that the combination of straps provides dynamic windlass support to the foot.
