Calibration method for coupler-tuner assembly
Test setup and calibration method for wideband, integrated assemblies of signal couplers with single (wideband) and multi-probe (harmonic) impedance tuners using two-port and four-port network analyzers for exact wave and time-domain measurements of strongly mismatched poor directivity ultra-wideband coupler-tuner configurations.
Controlled-impedance circuit board connector assembly
An assembly for connecting controlled-impedance cables to a PCB using a crescent-shaped connector that can be located much closer to the unit under test than those of the prior art. On the PCB, equal-length signal traces run from UUT contacts to signal pads that form an arc. All signal pads are surrounded by a ground land. The connector has an anchor block for permanently or removably securing the cables. The connector uses skewed coil contacts held within an electrically conductive plate. The signal contacts are captured in signal through apertures within insulating plugs in the plate. The ground contacts are captured in a ground through apertures. Each signal contact is electrically connected to a cable signal conductor and the ground contacts are electrically connected to the anchor block or ferrule. The connector is shaped so that the signal contacts trace an arc, so that they align with the signal pads.
AUXILIARY DEVICE FOR FUNCTIONAL EXPANSION AND SIGNAL ACQUISITION OF TESTING SYSTEM
An auxiliary device for functional expansion and signal acquisition of a testing system is provided with a pogo pin attaching device including at least one spiral spring loop, at least one fastening member, and at least one cable. The fastening member includes at least one limiting hole and at least one fastening hole. The spiral spring loop is disposed in the limiting hole. The cable passes through the fastening hole to electrically connect to the spiral spring loop.
POWER INTERFACE
The present disclosure relates to a power interface, and more particularly, to a power interface for electrically connecting an object to be tested and a test driving unit. The electric power interface in accordance with an exemplary embodiment includes: a support member; an elastic member fixed to the support member and configured to provide an elastic force in a vertical direction; a first connection terminal disposed on the elastic member; a second connection terminal electrically connected to the first connection terminal; and a flexible sheet has one side fixed to the elastic member and the other side fixed to the support member to restrict a deformation range of the elastic member.
CYLINDRICAL BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
A cylindrical body is formed of a conductive member provided with a spiral spring portion. Further, the cylindrical body includes a Ni metal layer and a NiW alloy layer containing W, and an end portion of the NiW alloy layer protrudes to an outer side of the Ni metal layer.
EVALUATION METHOD
An evaluation method is for evaluating a charging connector in coolability by connecting an evaluation jig to the charging connector, the charging connector including a pair of male terminals and a bottom wall, the evaluation jig including a pair of female terminals, the pair of female terminals being connected to the pair of male terminals in evaluating the charging connector in coolability. The method comprises: connecting the pair of female terminals to the pair of male terminals; and adjusting a connection state of the terminals so that contact resistance between the terminals falls within a prescribed range. In the step of adjusting, a resistance between a point of 4.5 mm of the male terminal from a surface of the bottom wall and a point of 43 mm of the female terminal from the surface of the bottom wall is measured as the contact resistance.
EVALUATION METHOD
An evaluation method is a method for evaluating a charging connector in coolability by connecting an evaluation jig to the charging connector, the charging connector including a pair of male terminals coolable with a coolant, the evaluation jig including a pair of female terminals, the pair of female terminals being connected to the pair of male terminals in evaluating the charging connector in coolability. The method comprises: connecting the pair of female terminals to the pair of male terminals; adjusting a connection state between the male terminal and the female terminal such that contact resistance between the terminals is 0.06 m or more and 0.15 m or less; and after the adjusting, evaluating the coolability depending on whether the male and female terminals have a temperature of 90 C. or lower when a charging current of 400 A is supplied to the terminals for 30 minutes.
EVALUATION JIG AND EVALUATION METHOD
An evaluation jig comprises a pair of female terminals connectable to a pair of male terminals of a charging connector, and an adjustment member that can adjust contact resistance of the female terminal and the male terminal. The female terminal is reducible in diameter. The adjustment member can apply an external force to the female terminal to reduce the female terminal in diameter.
TEST SYSTEM AND SIGNAL TRANSMISSION CIRCUIT BOARD THEREOF
A signal transmission circuit board includes a main body and a first connecting unit connected with the main body. The first connecting unit includes a test pin area and an avoidance area adjacent to the test pin area, and the avoidance area is free of test pins.
Relay test paddle
A test paddle is provided that includes a body portion having a first end and a second end. The test paddle includes a plurality of adapters provided about the second end and a plurality of contacts provided about the first end, each of the plurality of adapters electrically coupled to one of the plurality of contacts. The test paddle includes a removable insulation plate selectively attached to the body portion. A method for testing relays is also provided.
